Pros:

A beautiful setting, and a lovingly cared-for hotel, very comfortable and peaceful. Excellent menu at dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking just outside. I would have liked to stay longer to see the waterfall, but was on a short work trip. Hope to return.

It was a fabulous experience. We felt welcome from the moment we entered - and valued as customers.
Pros:

Perfect location for our planned walks. Our bed was incredibly comfy and the quality of the sheets and towels was perfect. The breakfast was excellent and menu choices for other meals were superb! All the staff were attentive and delightful.

Drinks prices are very high we were the only ones in the hotel feel like we got rinsed I heard the prices locals payed

Lovely and cosy and super scenery for fabulous walks.
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and very helpful with our 2 big dogs. Pillows were amazing! Log fire and sofas super cosy.

Cons:

The bed could have been bigger.

Fab location, great food and atmosphere. Would definitely return.
Pros:

Great location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area and really enjoyed our food, both dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Only things that could be improved is that there was a slight bit of mould/staining in the shower area. The kettle felt a bit squashed in the wardrobe once clothes were hung up. I removed the clothes from the wardrobe each time I boiled the kettle. Also a little noisy in the middle of the night with other guests speaking loudly in the corridor trying to find staff members and waking me up.
