- La nourriture est chère, mauvaise et met 3h à arriver.
- Nous sommes arrivées et on nous a informées qu'il y avait des "rénovations" et donc qu'aucune chambre n'était disponible. Au début le manager nous a aidées, mais dès le lendemain il voulait que l'on paye pour le moindre détail.
On a écourté notre séjour alors que c'était un week-end long, on a perdu notre temps. Surtout que des gens sont arrivés quand nous sommes parties le soir, il y avait donc des chambres de disponibles non ? Bref, la communication est terrible, on nous as menti, et quand on signale que c'est toujours disponible sur booking rien n'est fait. Résultat : d'autres gens sont arrivés le lendemain et n'ont pas eu de chambres.
Plus jamais.

My experience.
We booked 2 double rooms, out of 2 one room runs without water at wash basin and no running water at all, shower runs with out Hot water, after many complaints also no one to care, at night 9pm one reception attendant came and checked for 15 minute's and she pretends that hot water is coming, when we argued she requested me to change to other room, after checking 3 rooms the same scenario continues no water or if water is there no hot water for shower. The next day, at 12 noon, one plumber came and repaired the wash basin, and he clarified to me it was impossible to get hot water.

What i don't like is the very loud sound from DJ,

Cons:

Restaurant service very very slow. Only 1 other table had customers. We were told that the food wait time was 40 minutes. 1 hour and 40 minutes later food arrived. Tilapia fish was good but my burger was cold Obviously it had been hanging around for a long time. I asked for it to be sorted out. It was returned 10 minutes later now over cooked by I presume a microwave and 50% approx missing. I can only presume it was then so over cooked that they removed the worst of it and reserved. Tv in room did not work even though switched on. No air conditioning only a portable fan so a warm night was had and no room tea coffee facilities We are returning later in the week as we have another friends catch up here. Hopefully this was a one off bad experience
