Well worth a detour to check this place out!
Pros:

The personal were super nice. The facilities have been renovated in such good taste. The views were magnificent. The breakfast was cute and tasty.

Cons:

We were not able to use the sauna because it was all booked up. We would have liked to try it.

Heerlijke plek voor verblijf van een paar dagen.
Pros:

Prachtig gerestaureerd landhuis met marmeren trappen en gangen. Ook prachtige ruime en luxe kamer met fijne serene sfeer. Mooie tuin en uitstekend restaurant.

Charmerande hotell som får en att känna som om man är i Toscana. Min varmaste rekommendation!

Ett magiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis! Otrolig charm, bevarat det gamla med nytt. Måste ha varit en arkitekt som är väldigt kunnig då renoveringen har sådana detaljer så man bara njöt av allt det vackra! Så rent, fräscht och med en Toscansk stil. Spa och en ljuvlig utsikt var man än var runt på hotellet. Konstverk och fin inredning, alla detaljer fanns...Vi hade sviten och vaknar upp med en galet vacker soluppgång. Frukosten var också presenterad med ett lugn och en sådan utsikt så vi njöt av varenda sekund...Vi kom när det inte var säsong så restaurangen var tom, maten var ok men servicen så fin. Så varmt bemötande från all personal och så vackert allt. Men tänk på att vägen dit är en grusväg in the middle of nowhere... men sedan väl framme så öppnar sig detta fina charmiga och otroligt vackra hotell med egna olivlundar och Polo hästar som en uppenbarelse... full pott!! Ett minne för evigt...

Incredible, Unique Property
Pros:

Ever so impeccably restored. All furnished with taste and care. Short history tour before check-in. View from room included a slice of ocean and white-capped mountains far off; near view was picture-perfect like a masterpiece painting. Huge shower in modern bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful in a very pleasant room with the nicest staff ever. Easy drive to the Dali Museum, Besalu and Volcanoes Park.

Cons:

The road is passable enough with care, but you will not want to drive in and out often. Dinner was fine. You may want to have a late lunch and bring a something for the fridge.
