One of the best places to stay during my time in Indonesia.
The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive, especially big thank you to Rhesa, Gaby, Ferdy, Fina, Chyntia, Febri and to all young ladies working during the breakfast time.
The breakfast buffet with mostly local food was very enjoyable and service at the breakfast was spot on.
Ocean view room was spotlessly clean with great air-con and the water in the bathroom was hot and fantastic pressure.
The location is excellent, with several cafés, restaurants, and a small supermarket nearby and close to the town centre.
And I like the beautiful open lobby with traditional design.

실외 수영장이 크다.
아침식사 종류가 인도네시아식이고 음식별 간등이 맞지않아 마지막날에는 거의 먹지 않았다. 그리고 해변은 없다. 방파제가 있어 바다는 눈으로만 볼수 있다. 수영장외 물놀이 하려면 30분정도 북쪽으로 가야 해변이 있다. 바다 해변을 걷고 수영하는 것은 불가능하다.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Belitung. The hotel has a very strategic location with a beautiful beach view, especially during sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with facilities that met Marriott’s standards. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my sleep quality excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay—from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options, although the taste and range of hot dishes could still be improved.
The swimming pool with an ocean view became one of the highlights of the stay. Public areas such as the lobby and restaurant also felt modern and cozy.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to business partners or friends visiting Belitung. I hope to return again on my next trip.
We came here for a family vacation. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with such genuine friendliness, and that warmth continued throughout our stay every time we met the staff anywhere on the property.
The room and facilities were very clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of dishes.
Overall, it was a pleasant start to our trip and a wonderful experience for me and my family.

The room was nice and clean, the air conditioning was cool, and the atmosphere was quiet. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were very friendly. I will return to this hotel when I holiday on Belitung Island.
