It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons en famille dans cet hôtel au mois d'août. C'est toujours agréable d'y séjourner. En revanche, nous avons constaté malheureusement une certaine baisse du niveau de la clientèle qui est beaucoup plus familiale (beaucoup d'enfants, etc. ...) et populaire.
Un grand merci à Chaymae au niveau de la réception qui nous a aidé à trouver des chambres dans le même étage. Merci à elle !

Nous avions réservé pour passer un weekend tranquille dans cet hôtel, mais notre séjour a été complètement gâché. En mangeant une salade de fruits de mer au restaurant de l’hôtel ( ISOLA ), j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire sévère (vomissements, fièvre). Nous avons dû passer tout le séjour dans la chambre, incapables de profiter du séjour. Lorsque nous avons demandé de l’aide à la réception, ils n'ont même pas pu nous fournir de médicament. La dame à la réception nous a simplement dit de prendre un taxi pour aller à la pharmacie. En réclamant, aucune action concrète n'a été prise et ils se sont contentés de dire qu'ils remonteraient l’information, sans qu’aucun responsable ne vienne discuter avec nous. Très déçus par le service et le manque de réactivité face à cette situation.

The overall setting was great. The service however was not so great.

All good ; except our pool view had no pool in sight it was covered by high bush trees!! And i was too tired to ask for room change!

Everything was great! Food was Excellent! Gym was Amazing! View was 10/10! Only complaint was the mattress was average.

the hotel should state in CAPITAL letters that they are fully renovating the hotels restaurants and basically the entire ground floor of the hotel. the noise was unbearable and all weekend long from 10.30 in the morning to 22.30 in the evening. get your spa treatment with a side of sledge hammering and loud screeching saw noises Lovely. breakfast is served by the pool with loud hammering and chain saw, construction noises..

Travaux dans le restaurant qui était désagréable à entendre lorsqu’on était en repos à la piscine.
