Hotel boutique com atendimento expecional.
Pros:

O ambiente intimista de uma casa, com uma decoração bacana. E principalmente o atendimento excepcional de todos os funcionários. Nota 10 para eles.

Cons:

Alguns poucos pontos nos incomodou, mas não muito. Um deles é a falta de uma porta ou um bloqueio no box do banheiro. A água se espalha por todo o piso do banheiro ao tomar banho.

Muy bien ubicado, la dueña muy amable y súper educada.
Buen desayuno, muy bien ambientado, todo con muy buen gusto, la cama grande y muy cómoda, buen baño.

Excelente hotel boutique para estadias de descanso con muy buena atencion.
Pros:

Hermoso hotel boutique con gran pileta de natacion. gimnasio. jardin. salas de estar. habitaciones amplias con cama enorme de 2 metros de ancho, tiene frigobar y microndas. Muy buena atencion del personal. Desayuno buffet bueno, si bien no es el desayuno full de un hotel internacional cumple mis expectativas. un lugar para descansar y desenchufarse de la rutina. Es como estar en una casaquinta o casa de un country,
La ubicacion tiene su parte buena y su parte mala, segun punto de vista. Parte buena : es un barrio residencial ubicado en la zona "linda" de Asuncion, en el eje de los mejores shoppings. Parte mala : excases de comercios de cercania. Para ir a cualquier lugar se requiere de movilidad propia o uber. Las altas temperaturas complican un poco encarar largas caminatas y el transito vehicular es feroz.

Cons:

que el baño no tenga bidet, siendo que es super amplio y le sobra lugar para tenerlo.

Las sabanas, eran mala calidad, todo apelmazada, muy incomodo. A las 12:00, ya llamaban para desalojar la habitación.

Een plek met veel karakter! Ruim zwembad, mooie kamers en een heerlijk ontbijt.

Kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir würden diese Hotel nicht wieder buchen!
Pros:

Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück war gut.
Betten, Kissen und Bettdecken waren ebenfalls gut.
Die Klimaanlage funtionierte gut und sehr leise.
Man fühlte sich sicher. Das Hotel ist von hohe Zäunen und Mauern umgeben.
Abgeschossener Bereich für PKWs.
In der Nähe gab es viele Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür musste immer abgeschlossen werden, da sie sonst von alleine wieder aufging.
Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer was lose, der Perlator defekt. Es spritzte direkt!
Keine Haken für Handtücher in der Nähe der Dusche.
Holzschwelle zum Bad kaput. Zimmer sehr klein und eng.
Kein Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern.
Ein kleine Küche war vorhanden, aber ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer fehlte.
Wir hatten uns auf den Pool gefreut!
Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb, aber gefüllt, sehr trüb und vermutlich die Quelle von tausenden von Mücken!
Es gab keine Badetücher für die Liegen am Pool.
Wegen der Mückenplage war es auch unmöglich sich da hinzulegen!

El puntaje que tiene en Booking no coincide con la realidad de lo que es el hotel.
Cons:

El desayuno es pobre, las medialunas eran de días anteriores. En el dormitorio no andaba uno de los veladores, la cortina estaba roto el mecanismo y caía sobre el escritorio, la canilla del lavatorio salpicaba mucho porque tenía el pico roto/incompleto, el jabón re chiquito.
