The hotel is new and very comfortable, my stay was very pleasant
The staff was very welcoming- taking care of all my needs. The hotel design is wonderful, the room was equipped well and very convenient.
Excellent Location..Just exit the Hotel and enter the Metro stations! You are on the Ginza Line and if you walk a little further you can connect with the Sobu Line to Tokyo Station. Room size is big enough to be comfortable for solo/couples. Excellent amenities like shaving cream, razors etc
Breakfast should have been included at the price paid. Limited storage space in the room, enough to hang a few outfits, so be prepared to live out of the suitcase.
The breakfast was good with the many small dishes to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and the public baths were good.
The rooms can be quite pricey.
