Pros:

服務人員都很親切，地點很方便，走路就到對面的誠品，還有附近的三越以及高島屋。打掃也很乾淨，有大浴場，備品也很齊全。

Cons:

沒有膠囊咖啡機有一點可惜，另外以前住宿的旅館，前往機場的叫車服務比較方便而且有優惠，這次花了比較多時間溝通，包括如果前一天預訂要加價1000日元，當天預訂加價500日元，這部分因為以前沒有遇過，所以剛開始理解上有點困難。

Super convenient location and amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Location made it super easy for us to go around the city even hot summer. We walked underground to get on a train so we could stay away from the heat

Cons:

It could be better if they had roten burp but overall it was amazing stay

Great stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The staff were the nicest in all the hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitley stay here again.

Pros:

Rooms were tiny! No cupaboard space for clothes meaning you live out of your suitcase and that takes more floor space.

Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, das wir letztendlich nicht genutzt haben. Es war nicht sehr einladend, die Auswahl war eher klein. Am Eingang mussten wir lange warten, bis uns ein Platz zugewiesen wurde, nur um dann den Hinweis auf das Ende der Frühstückszeit zu erhalten.
