Staff were so kind. Breakfast was amazing. Bathrooms and rooms were nice and clean. Close to ginza. Best of all train station is under the hotel. Great stay

It was clean and close proximity to trains and locations of interest. The staff were great also.

Cons:

Better pillows
Because there was a smoking floor, the smell would often come down into other floors. That’s not something you want to smell when you’re a non smoker and paying a considerable amount of money to stay.
