The whole no human contact check-in nonsense.
The bed was very comfortable!
If you are planning to go to the pub across the street or the Sunday market, it‘s a fantastic location.

The location is a bit far from the city centre.

WE needed a one night stop over in an accommodation that was reasonably priced, plus be in a convenient location. We found this with the Daylesford Art Motel. It was warm and cosy (being winter in Daylesford being warm is a necessity) and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a good pressure from the shower. The rest of the motel room was well appointed with a fridge, kettle and microwave supplied. The bed was comfortable and the free mini bar was appreciated. The motel is situated right across the road from the Farmers Arms Hotel where you can get a lovely meal and local wines. All in all, the Art Motel was a great little find and was value for money too. We will definitely return in the future if we need a one night stop over.
