Mini refrigerator in room; location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

We loved the hotel, the staff was super friendly. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we really enjoyed it. We had the pleasure to meet Rafael who made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to restaurants and cafés.

The Patagonia Queen feels like a lodge in a forest. Everything is wood and feels warm and welcoming. The front desk staff is excellent and accommodating. We arrived around dinner time and wanted to eat at Mako but there were no reservations available -- the front desk was quick to grab a phone and offer to get us a reservation. The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent -- you can walk to every restaurant in the area and your tours will likely pick you up right at the front door.
We booked two rooms (family of 4) and were told thad adjoining rooms were not possible -- however, upon arrival they said that we did indeed have adjoining rooms and they opened the door between the rooms which worked out perfectly.
The windows open and it's dead quiet at night so you can sleep with the cool air pouring in from outside.
Breakfast was a very solid buffet. Meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, pastry, yogurt and some fruit.
The only complaint would be the amount of space in the rooms. There wasn't a ton of space to open up suitcases and still have room to move around. Another 50 square feet would've made a big difference.

Melhor hotel que ficamos na Patagonia, de longe. Ambiente super aconchegante, arquitetura bonita, acomodações confortáveis e café da manhã delicioso. Ainda tivemos uma ótima surpresa com uma experiencia única preparada pelo Rafael. Hotel super perto do centro da cidade e da lagoa que costeia a cidade, ótimo para passeios tanto para compras/comida e pela natureza.

Le prix me semble élevé mais c est peut etre la valeur a El Calafate. Je paye moins cher un hotel 4 étoiles en.plein centre de Montevideo qui est réputé cher !
