Pros:

Melhor hotel que ficamos na Patagonia, de longe. Ambiente super aconchegante, arquitetura bonita, acomodações confortáveis e café da manhã delicioso. Ainda tivemos uma ótima surpresa com uma experiencia única preparada pelo Rafael. Hotel super perto do centro da cidade e da lagoa que costeia a cidade, ótimo para passeios tanto para compras/comida e pela natureza.

Tres bell hotel boutique mais à un prix élevé.
Pros:

Le personnel est tres acceuillant et chaleureux et serviable.
L hôtel est calme à la limite du centre ville animé.
Les chambres sont suffisament spacieuses.

Cons:

Le prix me semble élevé mais c est peut etre la valeur a El Calafate. Je paye moins cher un hotel 4 étoiles en.plein centre de Montevideo qui est réputé cher !

Lovely spot to stay in Calafate!
Pros:

I loved the location and the staff was so friendly. They helped us with a lost passport and made us a surprise drink from glacier ice.

The bedding and the pillow could have been more comfortable.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel near El Calafate’s main street. Large room with bay windows. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Nice bathroom with rain shower. Above all, staff were extremely nice and welcoming, including Mr. Lim, the manager who surprised us with his “miracle drink” after our glacier tour.

Cons:

That our room was on the first floor and not the second floor.

Un très bel et confortable hôtel pour passer un excellent séjour à El Calafate.
Pros:

Hôtel de type chalet à la propreté irréprochable. Ici, le parquet brille (mais vraiment) ! L’hôtel est superbement entretenu. C’est très agréable et beau à voir intérieurement et extérieurement.
L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel sont parfaits.
