When we arrived the old man at the desk had trouble finding our reservation. He did not speak any English, and my Thai is not very good. He called another woman who spoke a little bit of English and who helped him find our reservation.

The hotel is older, but the room was clean enough. The beds were quite hard, and there was space between the doors, allowing mosquitos inside.

The location is quite out of the way. If you don't have your own transportation, I don't recommend staying here. For locals who speak Thai and have their own transportation, it might be okay.

The host is excellent. Thai breakfast very Nice and good.

Nearest train station is Pathiu, problem is no taxi .

If I could give this property a “0” I would. I rarely write reviews but we couldn’t even stay here. We arrived around 6pm and no one was at the “hotel.” We had a disturbing conversation with a woman over the phone, using a phone from a man in the community. The woman did not speak much English and demanded that we show screenshots of our reservation # and continually stalled and asked questions. Ultimately we could not check in. The “hotel” was in the middle of nowhere and guests could easily be stranded if trying to get to the airport. We have requested that Expedia no longer use this property as a viable option for guests. Do not stay here!
