Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful evening here. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many famous attractions. The staff speaks fluent English and is very welcoming. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy.

どこのホテルも部屋の冷蔵庫は小さいところが多いが、このホテルの冷蔵庫は大きくてよかったです。スタッフも優しくて親切でした。

Cons:

立地上仕方ないが駐車場が他にあって、近隣は交通渋滞で停めるのに手間がかかります。

If I were to go again, I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was the best. We took the city bus, walked around the corner and there it was our hotel. I love that there were so many temples, shops, restaurants and bus station on walking distance. The village is lovely to walk around in the morning and evening.

Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The hotel was great with lots of amenities available, and the room was a good size compared to other hotels I've seen. Really clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful the whole time, especially when we was wanting to send on our luggage to the next hotel. The woman (I can't remember their name) who helped us was great, and helped us through the process. Can't complement the entire staff more, they were all so good!

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. Everything was great!

Nice place, nice people, nice location. Kind of dated, a little pricey for what it was.
Pros:

Staff was nice and the hotel clearly tries to offer lots of little amenities as a nice touch. The location was great for all the touristy stuff, and close access to major bus routes.

Cons:

The beds are incredibly hard, but they did put a mattress topper on the next day which was perfect. For the price and rating of the place I would have just expected it to have been a little nicer? It’s not bad, it’s just a little dated and not quite as polished as the pictures show.

Pros:

Struttura perfetta, in un ottima posizione e con uno staff super! Sono tutti gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili.
Se mai dovessi ritornare a Kyoto sceglierei ancora questa struttura.
