Pangasinan Regency Hotel

Hotel needs to improve internet connectivity.
Put up a coffee shop open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Need not be open 24 hours.
Staffs are very courteous.
Upgrade of rooms still not completed hope to see these down soon.

I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. We booked for 5 days and left after 2. The 1st room, the shower didn't work and the closet door could not shut. The bedßheets were stained. After complaining, we were moved to a different room. The 2nd room did not have a toilet seat and the closet door still did not work. We gave up and checked out. The staff gave the impression that they really didn't care

Hotel are so old, not well maintence the room can see spider web and a lot of ants the bed and pillow are not comfortable .

This hotel is not properly maintence and look like haunted hotel in the night , there is no heater in the room the aircond are even spoil cannot adjust the coolness, the shower head are even rust, the pillow are too flat and the bed are so soft, breakfast is a buffet serving like Filipino breakfast, change my hotel after two days of stay.

Completely outdated, we end up not staying in that hotel

For non-balikbayans this hotel would suffice as they have no hot shower. The rooms are spacious, good for family with kids. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff responded well with our needs and requests. Money well spent here.

I was a little disappointed in the room we were in. The breakfast was ok with so many dishes. Staff were friendly especially the one that serves food in the morning.

Old facility not maintained ; our room unit was with small cockroaches, spider webs and poorly maintained sink and cabinets

The total facility needed to be managed well. The mechanical, electrical and civil facilities were absolutely no maintenance at all! Too poor!

Been to this hotel every time I’m in Pangasinan it’s like a second home to me. The staffs are very nice and friendly especially those who are in the restaurant they knew my favorites already. Will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends and families.

I wonder how this hotel get a rate of a 3 star hotel. The moment we set foot at the entrance we’ve got creepy feels and the smell at the lobby smells aged place that hasn’t been maintained for years. The receptionist on duty were sleeping on the floor.

Shower at the bathroom is not working when we get in. But when we informed the receptionist it works fine. The fridge inside the room was rusty same as The soap holder at the bathroom.

To the management i think its time for you to reupholster the furnitures. It’s not presentable at all and not comfortable to sit on.

One good thing i can commend was the RA is accommodating and respectful.

Staff was able to help with changes in my stay due to flooding and being stranded in another location

Elevator is not working

Food was good, waiters and housekeeping crew were very accommodating. The only thing not so good was when the bathroom got flooded when we returned in the evening. Air con was cold enough and looked well maintained

I paid for deluxe room, the room they give was two twin beds . I complained enough they moved me and added a temporary bed on floor. Then no shower . Then no hot water . Then the meals were both completely cold. I was on 3rd floor and the elevator was broken entire stay 4 flights of spiraling stairs. Cold water, cold food, mattress on the floor
