Pros:

L'hotel è pulito, al ristorante abbiamo cenato bene.

Cons:

Quando siamo arrivati non avevano la nostra prenotazione. La signora alla reception non sapeva come comportarsi, ci stava facendo pagare il doppio di quello che c'era scritto alla prenotazione ci sono voluti 40 minuti per pagare e avere le chiavi della camera.

Pros:

It was strategically located near the city centre and was very close to the family that we were visiting

Cons:

The fact that the entrance of the hotel is right in the street, rather than being fenced off. It was a concern especially since we had young children.

Pros:

Very good African style breakfast. Staff was exceptionally polite and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.
