Great experience
Pros:

The whole experience was very nice.

Cons:

Check in was questionable at first because the front desk couldn't find our reservation. Finally another person intervened, pulled out a separate book and found it. No apology on her part, but it was resolved.

The facility was average.
Pros:

The breakfast was average. The floor was dirty. The options were ok.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. I had to tell the front desk about the elevator.

My toilet when flushes spilled some water on the floor.

I was woken up at 2am because of people running and very loud. I had to call the front desk.

Pros:

The concierge, Amari, was awesome! She completely explained the amenities and gave excellent information about local dining etc. She was so friendly! They had fruit water in the lobby which was a nice touch since our family gathered there several times.

Not good. Need to educate employees on service dogs and what they can and cannot do.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The front desk personnel charged us a $300 deposit for our 2 service dogs. Legally there not supposed to charge us. Then he proceeded to put us right next to office and the elevator. When you have service dogs they need their rest so they can be on point for me. Way too many people using elevator. Way too much traffic by the room. We usually stay in a room far from the elevators and the traffic of people walking by. We got no rest at all. Very sad because we really liked staying there when we go there to visit our friends
