Lors du deposit pour la caution si vous avez une carte européenne de debit et pas une carte de credit, les hotels vont vous prélever la somme pour la caution. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes pour la restitution de cette caution dans cet etablissement. Le mieux est d avoir une carte de credit (donc a prélèvement différé).
Bed we stayed in had 2 queen beds. One bed was way too close to the window. Not a good setup. One of treadmills was not working properly that I almost fell a couple times. Breakfast was ok.
Food tasty. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were pretty clean.
- Could use more dining options / meal selections
- At least 2 washcloths, hand towels, & bath towels per person per night - better yet use bath SHEETS.
We were told for dinner to have a seat and we would be waited on. Waited 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. Thought I misunderstood the front desk person. She had to go tell the guy behind the bar to wait on us.
The refrigerator was not on in our room upon arrival and we had travelled with items that needed to be kept cool.
Location was perfect! When we checked in, Jordan helped us along with his co-worker who was also really sweet, but I can’t remember her name. When we checked out, Jordan was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast could have been a little better, still good, but the sausage just didn’t look right.
Our bed was comfortable and our pillows were soft. Our bathroom was clean, as were the towels and the sheets. I appreciated the Keurig and the coffee. The refrigerator worked. It was very quiet, and we were able to sleep.
I was disappointed with having to pay almost $40 for my husband and me to have breakfast. The desk clerk was very personable and he told us that there was breakfast served in the morning. He did not say anything about it costing extra. I felt mislead, and a bit duped.
The safe in our room did not work. I don't know if it was because it needed a new battery, or what the issue was, but it would not lock.
The room TV was analog. I could not watch Neflex streaming drama. I hope they change the TVs.
