Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Walking distance to city center, near restaurants and bars, but quite street.
We booked the spring package so had dinner at the hotel's restaurant which was delicious with exceptional service and thai massage by professional ladies.

Cons:

High price for parking.
The "spa" is two small sawnas with relaxing area that have two comfortable chairs. One of the sawnas didn't work. And you have to book the spa area in advance as only one/couple can be there each time, and it's pretty full.

Location, room size, staff.

Cons:

This was my forth time at the hotel and the quality has changed over the years. There is no investment into room maintainence - power outlets loose, mattress not so comfortable anymore, hair dryer barely has any power, and breakfest variety is not as 5star hotel should be like. The hotel used to offer a la carte orders which would compensate for rather small buffet but that has been discountinued - poor selection of eggs, vegetables, fruit joghurts, and everything else. Pity.

Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible.

The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, both in terms of variety and quality.

Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again during my future business trips, subject to availability. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Sunday at 9.30pm we came down to eat a Club Sandwich at the restaurant, after we came from Split. The answer was: “we already closed the kitchen and that sandwich is no longer on the menu”. We asked what could we eat not to go to the street?! Nothing more! The kitchen is closed!
For a 5 star hotel and that says that the room service is till 10pm this is unqualified!
We had to go to the street!
