Spoiled in Zagreb
Pros:

They offered a very welcome free room upgrade, and the room was comfortable, with a spacious and super-clean entrance and bathroom. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the city centre. The staff have been really kind and helpful, especially with our luggage and our medication. Truly recommended.

Personale educato molto disponibile e super gentili. Posizione centrale. Letto extra large e super comodo.

Struttura vecchia, bagno assolutamente da rifare, vasca in quelle condizioni per un hotel a 5 stelle inaccettabile! Distributore sciampo rotto, mancavano il set di cortesia " spazzolino, e tutto quello che un hotel a 5 stelle deve assolutamente avere" lavandino piccolo e malfunzionante, Assenza di garage o posto auto uno svantaggio molto importante! " 30 € per parcheggiare di fonte al hotel con le ruote sopra il marciapiede!? Una soluzione ridicola per non dire che prezzo esagerato" se no l'alternativa era cercare parcheggio in giro da solo!! Inaccettabile!!

Lindo hotel, en una buena zona (aunque no en el downtown de Zagreb).
Pros:

Buen desayuno, pero nada espectacular. Buena ubicación, aunque no en el centro de la ciudad (a unos 10' caminando).

Cons:

En 2 de los 3 días hubo problemas con el aire acondicionado, justo en medio de la ola de calor que afectaba a Europa.

Un hotel foarte frumos , o clădire cu istorie . Camera foarte mare și spațioasă baia de asemenea . Locație foarte bună , acceptă animale de companie

Poate prețul pt un cățel este prea mare , având în vedere ca nu se oferă nimic în aceste preț .

המיקום טוב מאוד. המלון ישן אך מפואר, יפה ונקי.

Cons:

הכל היה בסדר, עד שהמזגן של המלון התקלקל, והחדר פשוט רתח מחום כל הלילה! פתחתי חלון - זה עזר רק ליתושים.. לקחתי בקבוק מים מהמיני בר - חייבו אותי. לכל הפחות יכלו להציע מים קרים בחינם לאור החום הכבד. עד אותו רגע היה נהדר, זה הרס את השהות במלון.

A fabulous choice in a friendly city.
Pros:

This hotel was a great example of what Zagreb has to offer. Welcoming and helpful staff, comfort, large rooms and a good location. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble.

Geen 5-sterren hotel!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
De locatie.
De grootte van de kamer.

Cons:

De airconditioning werd centraal bediend en uitgezet waardoor wij in een sauna sliepen. Vreselijk! Na de eerste nacht zei de receptionist dat we hen hadden kunnen bellen. Daarna gebeurde het echter weer en dat zou gewoon niet moeten. Erg oncomfortabel.
