Das gesamte Personal ist besonders freudlich. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen. Großes Zimmer mit noch größerem Bad...echt wunderbar.
Wir hatten ein Package mit einem Dinner und Massage gebucht....beides war klasse.
Was wirklich besonders war...man kann das kleine Spa reservieren und ohne andere Gäste nutzen. Kurzer Weg in das schöne Zentrum von Zagreb.

Pros:

Lokacija, udobnost i iznimno dobro osoblje su plus za svaki moj povratak u hotel. Dobar menu i izbor pica takoder idu u prilig boravka.

Cons:

Nesto se nije mogla regulirati temperatura, pa je bilo malo pretoplo u sobi.

Excellent hotel 5 stars
Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast tasteful and location good

Cons:

We paid 25€ per night for the dog but I couldn't even come with us at breakfast, and we had no service for it, so I don't get it why we need to pay for it. Plus the wellness spa is not that big and it wasn't working that good

Personel klima arızasını bildirmeme rağmen ilgilenmesi geldiğimde oda 25 derece istememe rağmen 20 derece olmuştu. Resepsiyon görevlisi işini yapmadı teknik servis problemi çözmedi resepsiyon işin yapılıp yapılmadığından haberdar değildi. Israrla benim onları koşturmamla önce bir başka odaya sonra da üçüncü bir odaya geçerek rahat edebildim . İlk günümün 2 saati bu durumla uğraşarak geçti

Cons:

Doručak je bio los za 5*. Mali izbor na švedskom stolu, a spora i nejasna posluga, zaboravlja narudzbe, često je bilo prazno, mi smo im rekli da nadopune. Jedino kava je bila jako fina. U usporedbi s ostalim hotelima s 5* ovo je bilo razočaravajuće.
