Enjoyable, comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and value for money.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t do room service on Sundays. We didn’t know that… we returned late from the Hay Festival only to learn that there was no food available in the hotel. But, and I must add this, they were kind enough to suggest that they would make a table and all the cutlery/crockery available if we ordered from one of the apps. We did just that.
My suggestion: if they can warn guests, esp those still on the property on Sundays, about the non-availability of room service on the weekend. Alternatively, they could have some tie-ups with some food stores in the neighbourhood.

Top Innenstadtlage mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, Haus mit typisch britischem Charme
Pros:

Pit stop on way to North
Pros:

Very convenient location with onsite parking available and restaurants within walking distances. Did not get a chance to explore the area as had to leave the next morning. Am told there is lots to see and do.

Mediocre
Pros:

Restaurant facilities in the building

Cons:

My room was right against the back street, so woken up by bin men every morning at 5am. Advertised as having on site parking, no mention that it’s limited and not free

Great place to stay in Hereford.
Pros:

Really good location and characterful building. Room was very clean and comfortable with good range of teas, coffees etc. 24 hour reception a huge plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast in hotel, plenty of choice for large or small appetites. Very quiet and wasn't disturbed at night. Secure bag storage was very handy. Lovely hotel for a short break.

Cons:

Found it a bit tricky to get shower to right temperature.

Poor
Pros:

It was in the town.

Cons:

The rooms are very noisy and the pipes are making a really loud noise when the taps and toilet were used. There is quite clearly air in the system! £120 for a noisy room is not good.

A good location. Nice welcome at Reception, friendly bar man.
