Hotel right in the heart of Hereford
Pros:

Really nice staff and a great selection of Whiskey!!

Cons:

The rooms are very old and tired but not much choice in Hereford so it is what it is.

Classic hotel near Hereford's great cathedral
Pros:

Classic old hotel right across from the great Cathedral. Rooms are classic and comfortable. Good value in the winter too. Helpful staff saved me when I forgot something in the room.

Cons:

Common areas a tad dated, but no big deal, the rooms themselves are nice.

Fabulous.The position of the hotel was great for the Cathedral.
Pros:

Car parking was very important and the hotel were very helpful allowing us to park before check in.
On arrival, the cafe/ restaurant was not open but a staff member found us a cup of coffee from breakfast. Very helpful.

Adequate but falling short
Pros:

Location, rooms, and staff.

Cons:

The room was dirty behind the curtains, though the staff cleaned it on pointing it out. The light in the bathroom was not working, and despite telling reception who promised to alert the maintenance staff, nothing was done. We got the feeling that nobody could be bothered to get it hundred percent.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Near to centre of town. Very clean. Comfy bed and lovely staff.

Cons:

Bit disappointed in the breakfast on the last day. Had been sitting in heated containers for a while and wasn’t very hot.

An amazing experience: highly recommend
Pros:

I loved the fact the room was spacious, it was warm and inviting. We were greeted by lovely staff members on the front of house desk but also the hospitality staff, it was honestly an amazing experience.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we both didn’t like about the property. The only specific little issue we had was unfortunately the toilet flush was delayed it didn’t impact though as eventually did flush. Thank you

Only one night stay, but would defiantly stay again if in Hereford.
Pros:

Spacious hotel, room was big, bed was big and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was beautiful, great breakfast.

Shower over bath in bedroom badly designed as difficult to turn on without having head soaked with water.
