Niks
Geen airco's in de kamers of uberhaupt in het hotel.... Lekker met 38 graden celcius... alles kraakt en ruikt alsof er binnen gerookt wordt. Erg slechte ervaring hiermee!
Well located . Easy parking just over the road .
Coffee machine didn’t work in the room . Restaurant didn’t serve breakfast .
Great location
Hotel was tired and restaurant shut on Sunday night
woken up at 5 o,clock sunday morning by a road sweeper outside in the road and again on monday morning by the dust bin men
Great spacious room king size bed and fan in room which was great as it was boiling that week
No fridge
Great location
Friendly staff
Nothing everything was fine
Great staff!
Lift out of action on arrival
Staff where very polite
Very noisy at night with loud music coming from a bar just outside my room, the pillows where uncomfortable and the room was to hot, there was fans provided but it was a choice of no sleep due to the fan noise and keeping the window shut or the loud music
Dinner poor Breakfast good.
Reasons already given.
It has a good central location, the food was good and we had room service in the evening which was prompt and the food was hot.
On arrival at reception the manager was dealing with a customer complaint/ query which prevented me from getting to the desk but anyway the receptionist was deep in conversation with another member of staff and ignored me even though I did try to get her attention. This didn’t give a good first impression! When I finally spoke to her and mentioned our dogs she abruptly asked me whether we’d informed the hotel in advance she then immediately changed the room number she’d originally given me which I thought was a bit odd? The room we had was adequate but it had a view of the air con units and some old external stairways not what I would class as a ‘superior’ room which is what we booked.
Beautiful historic building in a central location.
Could have felt more luxurious with some effort. Staff were very average and seemed a bit disinterested. Room was tiny. No water provided and measly toiletries. Pillows were hard.
A very comfortable luxury room.
Breakfast is additional
Everything was clean tidy and staff were lovely.
I think the only criticism is the price we paid, breakfast should have been included instead it was another £19.50 on top of our stay
