Fantastic staff, super helpful.
Disappointing breakfast, no fruit juice, that I could find. Very poor selection of fruit, water melon! and a melange of red berry stuff. Excellent scrambled egg on request.
Location. Friendly staff on reception
The restaurant was overpriced and poor quality
Excellent . Good was good. Breakfast excellent
Heating in room used touch controls. Being old and dry fingers made it hard to operate
Close location and nice big beds
rubbish showers and quite noisy with bin men in mornings on front of property.
Love the renovated old style, very classy!
That we went for a drink & the bar staff left! Surely if theres customers in a hotel the bar should stay open? It was around 11pm
Clean, A historic hotel it was beautiful

Very friendly staff and nice restaurant
The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Literally brown water came out of the shower even after leaving it running for 10 mins, the photo the shows actual dirt in the bath. carpet in bathroom which is stained. Carpet in the room is filthy and stained. Everything covered in dust.
Love the location nice and easy to get to the hotel. Restaurant was nice and quiet food was amazing. Love the cafe too.
Know hooks in the bedroom I was staying in for my coat would have liked hooks by the door.
The location itself is great, which is really the only positive.
The condition of the room and bathroom was unacceptable. The room felt unclean throughout, and the bathroom was particularly bad – with visible grime in the shower, sink and toilet. There were also stains and marks on soft furnishings, including the headboard and cushions, which made the space feel extremely unhygienic.
We avoided using basic amenities like the kettle as they also appeared dirty.
The shower was one of the worst aspects – there was a strong sulphur/egg smell whenever it was turned on, which was genuinely unpleasant. The water also fluctuated in colour, at times appearing brown or yellow. On top of that, the shower controls were difficult to use due to heavy limescale build-up, meaning the water temperature couldn’t be properly adjusted.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made the stay very uncomfortable.
Nice hotel, food location and all amenities.
A little dated and not cleaned properly ( someone's socks in the room) but not too bad overall it felt fairly clean.
The water was scolding hot though and felt dangerous
Lovely location and comfortable stay
Parking area isn't big enough to accommodate all but there was a car park close by which was only £10 for 24 hours
Loved the decor. Very lovely hotel. Staff were great, welcoming and helpful

Location
Ridiculously overpriced for poor rooms
The location of the hotel is fantastic. I could walk to the cathredral. I could walk to the football stadium. I could walk to 3 great pubs. I could walk to the park, and all around the city. The location was great, and that is coupled with the car park. the best is driving to the hotel and parking, and then walking in the town. That is the Green Dragon. The staff was friendly, and gave out maps. The room was taken care of well on the daily. My room had a nice heating rack for towels. I would stay at this hotel again.
The wifi was substandard. It took daily log ins.
