Das Frühstücksbüfett war vollkommen ok, dafür dass das Hotel sehr gering ausgelastet war. Das Personal war super freundlich und es war alles sauber.

Cons:

Leider ist der Außenpool geschlossen und es gibt auch keine Liegen um sich wenigstens in die Sonne legen zu können. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt das Sie keinen Poolservice vor Mai haben. Leider gibt es in der "Anlage", neben dem Hotel, auch nur eine sehr geringe kulinarische Alternative, die auch nicht mit den besten Öffnungszeiten glänzt.

One hacienda del alamo hotel
Pros:

The hotel is nice, large clean room, the food in the restaurant- good choice for dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

All would be perfect but the shower head in my room was damaged, rusty and caused two big scratches on my neck when showering.
Kind of disappointing for 4* hotel.
Hoping now that will not get any infection.

Just an overnight stay so didn’t really explore, but it as perfect for my needs and at a great price.
Pros:

Perfect location for me. Very quiet which suits me and my room was very clean, great temperature and bed & pillows were very comfy.

Cons:

Nothing really. I had no issues at all.
