Strava bola výborná ,personál skvelý.Každoročne tam trávime jarné prázdniny a predĺžený víkend pred začiatkom školského roka 😊.

Nature is beautiful but hotel quality doesn’t match the price
Pros:

The hotel has a family atmosphere and is clean.
First breakfast was great. A lot of choice and fresh food. So, was the third one; they made fresh scrambled eggs for me.
Location is great. There are restaurants and hotels everywhere. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the cable car that takes one to Hrebienok, which is well worth visiting. (Buy your tickets in advance on Gopass, you will save money.)
Carholic and evangelical church are just a two minute walk away.
Train station 10 minutes away walking; bus station 12 minutes away.
The view from the apartment is amazing - one can see the peaks of High Tatras.
There is also a tiny elevator in the hotel.
Breakfast is served 7:30-9:30. Dinner is after 18:00, if I remember well. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch but there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Pillows are worn out and impossible to sleep on. I used the sofa cushions.
Bathtub is small. When I had my legs straight, most of my upper body was out of the water. I’m 1.73 cm.
If shower head is placed in the holder, the whole bathroom gets flooded.
The tap in the bathtub is loose and one has to be really careful when switching between tap and shower. It just felt as if the whole tap was going to come out of its place.
Not soundproof. One can hear EVERYTHING: neighbours flushing the toilet, showering, talking to each other and their kid having a major meltdown every night, etc.
Bathroom and entrance doorknob are loose.
The fridge doesn’t cool and it stinks.
The curtains are that of a hostel quality.
Second breakfast - stale bakery products and ham turning green.
I will not be returning.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Greenwood is a small hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious and had a partial view of the mountains. All of the staff, from reception staff to the chef, were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is great value for money. The hotel also offers an inexpensive dinner service, which is a 3 course set menu. The hotel cooked dinner for us on both nights that we stayed even though on one of the nights, we were the only guests that had booked for dinner. The location is excellent as it is only 50 meters from the Novy Smokovec train station. The hotel also offers a laundry service that is exceptional value. The hotel has a lovely family atmosphere.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Przyjechaliśmy dużo wcześniej niż rozpoczęcie doby hotelowej - pozwolono nam zostawić samochód na parkingu, który de fakto po zakończeniu doby nadal tam za przyzwoleniem personelu został:)

Pros:

Egy rendkívül hangulatos és szép szállás. A reggeli nagyon ízletes volt és választékos. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A szoba rendkívül tágas volt.
