I liked the rooms they were clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe and staff was welcoming and help

the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and parks.

Cons:

The coffeemaker in my room did not work. I would have liked cold drinking water available.

Me hicieron un cobro de 351 USD por una reserva que hice en booking y la hice de sábado a domingo y como llegue el domingo en la madrugada hicieron como que yo no pegue y se quedaron con el dinero y adicional me ofrecieron otra habitación que también me cobraron. Allí roban a los usuarios

Nice property, nice staff, comfy bed, good location, and yummy cinnamon rolls;)
Pros:

Friendly staff. Cleanliness and well lit hallways caught my attention first. Good location, quiet hotel, and comfortable beds. Holiday Inn Express by IHG signature cinnamon rolls were available for breakfast!

Cons:

If I had to pick something, I would say we could use a larger floor towel and 3 ply tissue.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, the staff was excellent, the location was perfect for our needs. A very good stay, staff worked with us to stay an extra night.
