One of the blinds in our room did not work.

I was expecting it to be overall way nicer than the room was. Did not like the shower and it was just very basic and weird feeling layout. The vibe of hotel itself was nice but just wasnt impressed overall. We come to apharetta yearly and I spend more money than usual to try this place and I cant say its any better than cheaper options in past.

It’s easy to get to and close to a lot of things. the bed was very comfortable.
it needs some refreshing. the bathroom door in our room was broken, and there were just dents and things on the walls. The lobby had a weird smell.
Just visited Alpharetta GA for a conference I was attending for the second year. Ive stayed at an Aloft hotel in the past and loved the modern simple vibe. Everything at this Aloft location was great. The staff from the moment I checked in until I left was there. At breakfast
Both front desk and kitchen were there. Always. And they were so nice and friendly. Not my previous experience at other hotels. Usually Im looking for someone for help.
I liked the fact you could order breakfast if you wanted. My husband liked the breakfast sandwich and I the oats.
Since I appreciate modern and simple…. the room was perfect. It was clean, beds comfortable, had a nice desk, etc etc. Elevators were super clean. On the way out I even saw a laundry machine which I will use next trip for sure. Location was excellent! Right off the highway and beside the mall. My husband walked every morning. I will be staying here again next time Im in town.

First night the room on 4th floor was clean and nice.
Second night the room on 3rd floor was down right disgusting. Shower stall was filthy and walls were dirty. Shower door handle was broken.
I was charged twice but Booking and Aloft.
Very clean establishment, friendly staff. Location was great, loved the pool table.

We got back to the room, moved a sliding glass door to get to the closets, the door must have come off the track and it exploded all over my girlfriend. We went to the front desk to tell them about the malfunctioning door, and to ask for another room, without a giant pile of glass, only to be told it was our fault. She told us she was calling the paramedics and the police, as we continued to calmly explain that it was a malfunction. She charged us a fee for the glass doors, treated us outstandingly poor, saying that it was impossible and referenced some horror movie. We paid a fee for the glass that broke and she said we would be reimbursed for the room, but we have not been, and we were left on our own to try to find a last minute hotel, in the middle of the night.
I will be consulting a lawyer if all of our money isn’t reimbursed, soon!
