Pros:

Good at the hotel was limited & a bit expensive but lots of options in the area! Hotel was unique & beautiful! Rooftop pool area was awesome!!! Staff at front desk was so helpful and friendly!

This is a stunning historic property that’s been beautifully renovated. Love the rooftop pool and the gorgeous dining room/common area/co-working space. I also enjoyed the little perks — the daily dining credit, the free tickets to the Grammy Museum. This is definitely one of the finer options in DTLA — stylish and elegant without being so trendy that it attracts the influencer hoards. This was a very quiet, peaceful, perfect stay!

Beautiful boutique hotel in DTLA. The bed in my room was a dream. The rooftop pool area is amazing. Food service and coffee cafe are also very good. Highly recommend!

Lovely pool. Nice gym. Great amenities in the room inc a good speaker. I’d prefer an iron over a steamer in the room but I bet housekeeping had one I could have ordered up. Food delicious. Staff lovely. All round a great time.

The hotel says they are pet friendly, but you can’t bring them up to the outdoor restaurant, you can’t leave them in the room unattended.. so is the expectation to be bound to your room and eat from your room the entire stay .. also the hotel claims there is grassy area outside the building it’s not and is a couple blocks away..

The hotel was overall beautiful. The only concerns were:
-odour in the hallway on the 5th floor
-stain in shower on ground so I wore my swim slippers to shower
-tv did not work

Staff was friendly and service was good!

Pros:

The room design and decor are amazing, and the water pressure in the shower is great! But I would prefer the hall way & carpet to be updated. A little scary when the hall way is out of date and a bit dark.

Everyone is super friendly here and has amazing customer service. The rooms are so comfortable and the bathroom are amazing honestly. You don’t get a lit of room but you do get a big king size bed. Room super clean hen we got there. Only down side to this amazing place is the parking… it will be 70 per night which can add up fast.
