I definitely would return, and will after I visit the Salar :-)
Pros:

Modern, tasteful, clean and very comfortable. Close to very good restaurants (had good drinks at Santo Ramen and a chef meal at Gustu).

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but had no Bolivian character. The bathroom exhaust was noisy. The light of the bathroom illuminated the room and disturbed my wife.

Alles nur vom Besten. Freundliche Menschen überall. Top Sauber. Garage für unsere Motorräder. Tolle Betten. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Hauseigener Taxiservice. Sichere Gegend im unteren Teil der Stadt. Nur ein Katzensprung von der Seilbahn entfernt.
