Modern, tasteful, clean and very comfortable. Close to very good restaurants (had good drinks at Santo Ramen and a chef meal at Gustu).
The breakfast was good, but had no Bolivian character. The bathroom exhaust was noisy. The light of the bathroom illuminated the room and disturbed my wife.
Alles nur vom Besten. Freundliche Menschen überall. Top Sauber. Garage für unsere Motorräder. Tolle Betten. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Hauseigener Taxiservice. Sichere Gegend im unteren Teil der Stadt. Nur ein Katzensprung von der Seilbahn entfernt.
Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu meckern.
Fantastisk personale i både reception og restaurant. Venlige, imødekommende og fremfor alt serviceminded i alle henseender.

Hotel bem localizado, com boa estrutura e funcionários simpáticos e solicitos.
Poorly organised pre arrival transportation and check in process.
I provided the hotel with details of my transfer details into La Paz from Uyuni to the extent that I gave them my full ticket showing all details of the overnight bus arrival. A reasonable hotel would know bus arrival schedules well and would be able to advise if they are often early of late and advise accordingly - This is especially the case since many tourists travel from Uyuni to La Paz. I was promised that there would be a taxi driver with my name on it and that the driver would be waiting for me when the bus arrived. On arrival in La Paz there was no one. I was unable to contact the hotel.
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no apology for the driver not being there. Rather, four staff at recpetion all stared at me and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that the bus arrived early and that they had nothing to do with this. Having travelled extensively around the globe to over 60 countries, most of my stays have been at reputable hotel brands. Unfortuantely, this was the only option available to me in La Paz. Good hotel management would apologise (even if they didnt have to, and not argue with customers).
What topped all of this off was that I was then told that there were no rooms available, and that for an early check in which would be 3hrs later I would have to pay half the cost of the booking. I would normally not mind paying the cost however noting the stern reluctance of the hotel staff and their obstructive attitude I declined this.
I spoke to the hotel manager who stated she was in bed (not very professional to state this to a client ) and that she was doing me a favour by speaking to me. She repeated the hotel staff statements - again no apology and absolutely no intent or even attempt to rectify the situation. This in my opinion is really poor management.
