The hotel was quite old building and tacky but in the Vietnamese style 😆 staff was nice and welcoming tho

Mr, Thomas väldigt mycket bra kille och hela personal perfekt trevligt, rent rum, bra sängar , Ms ,Daily erbjudit resa allt inklusive till Halon Bay,,, rimligt priset, vi väldigt nöjda med service,,frukost bra och gott,,platsen central och allt nära till massor butiker och restauranger, rekommenderar detta hotell..

Pros:

Very good location. In the middle of all the action. Great staff, very helpful. Room was clean and quiet, a relief after the crazy roads outside.

Cons:

Some of the other rooms were not respectful when talking loudly outside and slamming doors.

Nice people and food. A little more dated than the pictures suggest.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very central. The breakfast spread was nice with lots of options.

Cons:

The hotel is slightly more dated than the pictures suggest. The television never worked during our stay. The breakfast area has to be traversed by arriving guests and can feel extrememly crowded when large groups arrive.

Emplacement exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout le personnel (réception, salle... ) est courtois. Mrs Daily a été très disponible pour nous, même une fois l'hôtel quitté. Elle a pu nous proposer des modes de déplacements plus adaptés à ce que nous avions prévus (réservation de taxi, de bus, de train...).
Nous pouvions communiquer par Whatsapp.
Mrs Heidi à la réception est aussi charmante et disponible malgré notre non maîtrise de l'anglais.
L'hôtel est propre, très bien situé, à proximité de la rue du train, du lac...il peut offrir aussi des massages que nous avons testés.
L'hôtel propose un petit repas à la fois varié, continental et asiatique.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
