L’emplacement
Les chambres trop petite et trop renfermé quand on est avec des enfants
Leuk kleinschalig hotel precies in het oude centrum. Heel persoonlijk. Hotel heeft van te voren al mee gedacht in samenstellen van een mooie en logische reis in Vietnam. Tickets geboekt voor Sapa nachttrein, De rustige baai Tu Long Bai, een nachtbus halverwege.
We zijn hier 3 keer teruggekeerd, konden bagage achterlaten.
Personeel heel vriendelijk.
The location is great. In walking distance to everything.
The staff are so lovely and accommodating. Always greeted with a smile.
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, and not noisy.

Fantástica la ubicación y muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal fantástico sobre todo Thomas que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. El desayuno era bufet, no había mucha variedad pero estaba rico y era suficiente. Repetiríamos sin duda este hotel.
L' hotel è in posizione molto centrale, il personale è gentile. Ottima comunicazione e gestione da parte di Thomas. Consigliato!
The room is spacious and the staff are accommodating and responsive. They have excellent customer service plus the place is near to the attraction. Just walk towards the back street then you can find the famous Pho 10 and walk a little more, the famous cathedral is near as well.
Very nice hotel staff were very friendly room was very clean and comfortable and the receptionist ms Daily Thomas and Alice were very nice and pretty and it was at the centre of the city so it was walking distance I would definitely come again to these hotel in the near futures because the service and the staff were very friendly and helpful

ubicacion central y personal disponible. habitacion pequeñas y sin ventana. no cambiana nada de la habitacion economy a la premium (simplemente quitan un sofa..) desayuno bien.
Doskonała lokalizacja i przemiły personel, śniadanka też fajne. Pokoje mogłyby być delikatne odświeżone, ale generalnie wygodne i czyste :). Ogólnie bardzo polecam!
Esta bien ubicado cerca a locales y restaurantes, la habitación tenía lo necesario para nuestra corta estancia. Pagamos el desayuno y disfrutamos su buffett
Era un hotel con moviliario antiguo pero cuidado y aseado, para nosotros estuvo bien. No tenía donde secar alguna prenda húmeda, pero estuvo bien.
Estaba en una zona segura y llena de comercios, restaurantes y espacios interesantes
Nuestro cuarto no tenia ventana pero para nosotros estuvo o bien y fue cómodo.
The location is great, just in the Old Quarter. They serve nice breakfast in the morning.
