Bon emplacement, bon petit déjeuner. Rapport qualité prix raisonnable. Vraie douche (séparée des toilettes).

Nice staff

The staff were very nice and always ready to help! The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was also good! The location is great, 10 min by foot from the main attractions.

立地が本当によかったです。市街地にあるので有名な観光スポットにも行きやすく、コンビニも近くにあるので何も不便することはありませんでした。
またスタッフの方が本当に素敵な方ばかりで、出先から帰るたびに明るく出迎えてくれました。みなさん大好きです。

Excellent location, for whom wants to be in the middle of the old town. Staff is awesome.

The staff was extremely kind at all times. Payment could only be made in cash, but they recommended a good place to exchange money and gave us many other useful recommendations.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to almost everything important to see and also near the city’s nightlife.

The breakfast is good — a buffet with several options and eggs made to order.

The room was comfortable and quiet, even though the hotel is right in the city center where traffic could create a lot of noise. Since we had an interior room, that was not an issue.

Very helpful staff to assist with arrival and departure. Also supported a quick laundry load overnight. Spacious room and comfy beds.

Staff were really attentive and chatty, they happy to let us check in at 11.30pm after returning from a trip. They gave us a paper map and marked out the local night market and were happy to recommend places for us to visit. The room was comfortable- we had the room with no window and as a result it was nice and quiet from the weekend night life on the street. We had to leave early one morning for a day trip and slept in on the second morning (because we were so comfortable!) so missed breakfast but it looked like there were many options to choose from. There was a lift to the higher floors but we just used the stairs because we were only on the first floor. This is a really good value for money, no frills hotel in a great location. We would stay again, perfect for a couple of nights in Hanoi. Thank you!

Proche du Lac et commerçants de nuit

L'hôtel est situé dans le vieux quartier proche de toutes les commodités. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain de bonne taille. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner inclus.

La signora Daily alla reception eccezionale, è stata di grande aiuto nel prenotare vari tour e trasporti, molto efficiente e gentile, ma devo dire che tutto lo staff e stato gentilissimo, anche se la struttura non è modernissima è molto comoda per il centro della città di Hanoi.

The location was very good with easy walks to plenty of restaurants and interesting sights.
The value for money was exceptional and the friendliness and helfulness of the staff added to the overall experience.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with something for all.
Would stay at the Du Palace again and recommend for a central location in the Old Quarter with good value for money. Thank you Heidi and the other staff who helped our stay be smooth and easy..
