Great spot and we will definitely stay there again
Pros:

Location looking over the river was beautiful.
Within walking distance to hospital and facilities was amazing

Even though the room was dirty the location and facilities were great
Pros:

The location was just perfect, we could easily drive a short distance or walk to food, transportation etc.

Cons:

The room was very dirty, spoke to management and they were very apologetic and gave us a discount

We have stayed at fairthorpe many times before but would have to seriously consider staying again after this time.

Cons:

Found the unit not properly cleaned and rubbish on the underside of rubbish bin and splashed up wall. Shower ceiling totally peeling.

The curtains didn't quite fit, so it wasn't pleasant having the sun beam in just after 4am.

Great location but that’s about it.
Pros:

The location was great for our purpose.

Cons:

Blood stain on sheets in apt
Water coming up through the bathroom floor in the bathroom in the apt

Toe nail clippings on carpet so not cleaned or vacuumed

Poor communication with guest check in - was advised a car space which resulted in car damage as they had given my car space away to another guest due to the size of “their” vehicle

Extreme Rudeness from another permanent resident. So NO I won’t stay here again

Very easy to get access and very helpful with everything. Lovely accommodation

Pros:

Great sized apartment in a great location. Short walk to train and ferry and good view of the river and city. Secure free parking is awesome and I found the whole building was clean for the age. The room was a little knocked around but was clean and great for the family. I have stayed here a few times and find things really easy.

Cons:

No milk for coffee or tea.

No curtains in bedroom only blinds, with a light directly outside it was like trying to sleep in daylight.
Worst night I've ever spent in a motel

Apartment needs a good clean, all crockery/utensils/pots and pans filthy, freezer door full of food, freezer dirty fridge smelt awful. I moved a box on corner table to find thick dust (I left it there) kitchen splash back needed cleaning. The apartment is now cleaner than when I arrived! There was no tea towel, everything grubby, most disappointing . Cobwebs in my bedroom

Fantastic to have covered, secure parking! Property was much bigger than I thought it would be. Had everything we needed. Bus stop right outside and easy walk to river ferry.

Would be an amazing location with just a few adjustments - just needs a little love and updating.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The TV was awesome. The view is great and the balcony is so nice to sit on and watch the river.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleaning was a bit... lacklustre. All the curtains were stained or half falling off their runners. One of them in the master bedroom even had mould on the edge and on the windowsill around it. The two single beds were in poor shape; one was all but collapsed in the centre with the bottom coming out on the floor underneath.
