More relaxed than expected
Pros:

Because it's so close to the nightlife area, I expected the hotel itself to be a bit chaotic. Actually the common areas were pretty relaxed. I especially liked sitting upstairs in the evening.

I booked this in hopes to sleep at night. You genuinely won’t be able to, trust me. I tried it with ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones. Nothing works against the noise from the street outside. Until at least 4am. I left after one night. I had booked six nights, I got a refund for four.

Best Hotel next to party street
Pros:

One thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere. Outside, Bui Vien is full of music, food, and people enjoying themselves. Inside the hotel, everything feels calm, clean, and organized. It's a nice contrast that makes the stay even more enjoyable.
