Achei o Hotel espetacular. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam muito cheirosos. Tinha 4 opções de travesseiro no quarto. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, tem opção de água quente na pia (como fui em um dia muito frio, 9º, pra mim foi excelente). O restaurante tem um cardápio completíssimo e entrega no quarto. O café da manhã também tinha bastante opção. Superou minhas expectativas.

O preço não está compatível com as instalações do hotel....em Foz do Iguaçu a hospedagem em um hotel 5 estrelas com acomodações mais atualizadas pelo mesmo valor.

Expensive for what it offers.
Pros:

The hotel has a very good restaurant, that serves dinner early. It also serves a good breakfast. There are also other restaurants in the vicinity, within walking distance.

Cons:

Rooms look old and could use a renovation. It is located on a busy avenue, so traffic noise gets in the room - could use soundproof windows.

Água quente da ducha.
Da moça que nos atendeu no check in, loura, estatura alta, do turno da tarde.

Cons:

Estacionamento sem coordenador, porque os motoristas não respeitam a vaga de preferencial e falta carregador para carro eletrico ou estava ocupado por carro a combustão.
Barulho de motor eletrico a noite toda.
Janelas não abrem, estavam travados.
Vazamento de água no banheiro.
Luz do espelho da pia não liga.
O atendimento no restaurante foi péssimo, o cliente precisa ficar chamando várias vezes.
A comida demora muito para chegar a mesa.
As funcionárias do restaurante ficam de conversa e não atendem os clientes.
Uma garçonete ficou reclamando alto da tv, que estava passando o jogo da Copa do Mundo.
O Hotel admite fumantes na área interna do hotel. Se não me engano, em muitas cidades, não é permitido fumar dentro do terreno da empresa.
Pouco caso de atendimento prestado pelo senhor de gravata que fica no balcão do check in, para solucionar um problema no apartamento.
