We had an amazing two nights stay Very clean rooms,staff very friendly.great atmosphere

Atmosphere was relaxed, place was very clean, rooms just fine for me, although air-con was noisy. On a busy road so that added to noise at times. Earplugs fix that. Service was great thanks to Sia at front desk and especially waiter Emmanual.

Overnight in Moshi, the hospitality is the 🔑 key to success here. A customary a welcome drink and warm smile and it went beyond. When we returned with thick sticky red mud from a trip to the Coffee Farm, which was a cultural event in itself with the Chagga Tribe in the Materuni Village, our shoes were scrubbed and returned. Our group enjoyed relaxing drinks at the bar, sitting by the pool ⁰and all enjoyed a marvelous dinner in the restaurant.
All thanks to the K's team... Charles couldn't do enough for us, from shlepping our bags up the stairs, I think boot scrubbing to hosting us at dinner. We tried the traditional Makange tomatoes base sauce with carrot, pepper, and onion both served with the whole Tilapia Fish and chicken and the Ugali a starch made with ground maize. Both were really good. Eric shared stories, helped us pick refreshing local drink specials, and even sang a welcome song Jambo Bwana. The people made this stay exceptional.

Charles made every meal at Keys Hotel feel welcoming and memorable. From the moment I sat down, he treated me like a valued guest instead of just another customer passing through.

He was attentive without hovering, quick with anything I needed, and always had a warm smile and positive attitude. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. Whether it was recommendations, checking in at the perfect time, or simply making conversation, his service added a personal touch that stood out during my stay.

Hospitality can sometimes feel scripted, but Charles made it feel genuine and natural. Keys Hotel is lucky to have him. If you stay here and get served by Charles, you’re in excellent hands.

I can’t say enough good things about this spot! The vibe is so relaxed and "cool" the kind of place where you can really just settle in and enjoy yourself. Every bite of the food was incredible, you can tell they actually care about the quality they’re putting out.

Honestly, it was Elizabeth who made my visit so cool. She was so attentive and genuinely kind, making sure i had everything i needed without ever being overbearing.

It’s those personal touches that turn a good meal into a great memory. I’m already telling all my friends they have to check this place out. I’ll definitely be back often.

Great food excellent service nice rooms. Make use of the pool out back. They have pretty much everything you need or they will get it. I was part of a large group (14) and we were all satisfied with the accommodations.
