Overall great stay at before and after our Kilimandjaro Hike !
Room clean and beautiful, staff absolutely kind and helpful
I can’t say enough good things about this spot! The vibe is so relaxed and "cool" the kind of place where you can really just settle in and enjoy yourself. Every bite of the food was incredible, you can tell they actually care about the quality they’re putting out.
Honestly, it was Elizabeth who made my visit so cool. She was so attentive and genuinely kind, making sure i had everything i needed without ever being overbearing.
It’s those personal touches that turn a good meal into a great memory. I’m already telling all my friends they have to check this place out. I’ll definitely be back often.
Very warm welcome and nice food upon late arrival. Great service from Richard! Would recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Kilimanjaro to start!
Great food excellent service nice rooms. Make use of the pool out back. They have pretty much everything you need or they will get it. I was part of a large group (14) and we were all satisfied with the accommodations.
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the service was excellent and super friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious . We would definitely be happy to return.
Great service and food at this hotel. Elizabeth and Foya were amazing servers and wait staff. We loved both the food and the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Wonderful customer service!
We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant at this hotel. The food was amazing and our waitress was fabulous. Elizabeth provided us with great customer service. Her friendly service and smiles kept us returning for multiple meals.
I visited a restaurant in Keys Hotel and was hosted by Emmanuel. I can recommend food which was delicious ❤️
I ordered indian food, excellent!
And Emmanuel was very friendly and helpfull, smiled and very positive.
All in all- great place in Moshi!!
The hotel is comfortable and adequate as a jumping off point for Safari or a Kilimanjaro trip.
The best part is the restaurant, and Emmanuel is a fantastic server!
Very nice stay in Keys Hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and atmosphere was very nice. Overall good food and good sleep (rooms had AC which was very nice). Also everything was very clean and not too expensive at all. Live music bar was an excellent way to end the evenings!
We had a great time at the Keys Hotel in Moshi. We stayed for several days before and after climbing Kilimanjaro before and after safari. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
The staff is friendly and professional. The waiters (Charles and Foya) made our stay extra good with friendly greetings and great interest in our wellbeing.
Had dinner with my best friend at the restaurant. Elizabeth was our server for the night and her service was amazing. The food was good. I had the Chicken pizza and it was delicious.
Keys Hotel is my favorite hotel in moshi, they have the best kukuchoma and the best staff. Love them sooooooo much. I highly recommend.
Good ambiance, delicious food, clean room & Good clean pool, good smiling service by Elizabeth . Great job, helping & caring staff to service customers with excellence
Elizabeth is doing a very good job and is perfect. In his job, lovely work.……. Keys Hotel is fantastic service. And best connection.
All the front desk staff, security staff and other employees were very nice and professional. They also had good recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel was 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Moshi and the staff advised us on the safe way to hire a bajaji (3-wheeled) transport. The hotel restaurant was great, the servers were fun and enjoyed helping us with Swahili words. We had an emergency situation with another accommodation. They helped us to resolve the problem by talking with the other hotel owner in Swahili. When it became clear we had nowhere to stay, they found a room for us.
om the moment we arrived at Keys Hotel along Uru Road in Moshi, we felt warmly welcomed by the attentive, friendly staff — especially Foya whose cheerful professionalism made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the Moshi town centre, and on clear days, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the snowcapped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro right from the grounds
I stayed at Keys Hotel in Moshi and, unfortunately, left behind some personal items. When I contacted the hotel shortly after my stay to follow up, I expected a basic level of professionalism and effort in helping me locate them. Instead, I received a defensive and dismissive response.
Rather than showing concern or offering to double-check, I was told the hotel “does not have a habit of stealing” and was asked to question my travel companions. This kind of response is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. A guest seeking help with lost items should not be met with thinly veiled accusations or be made to feel as though they are being unreasonable for asking.
The lack of accountability and basic customer service in this situation was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who expect integrity, courtesy, and responsible service.
This hotel is the best in moshi I will give it 10/10 from food to accomodation the staff everything was perfect I will be back again and reffer most of my friends and family best of the best family friendly solo trip I also recommend this hotel..
