AC Hotel by Marriott Cleveland Beachwood

I had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood and it truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team stood out. Both check-in and check-out were handled professionally and warmly, making me feel genuinely welcomed.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I pay close attention to recognition, and this property did it right. I felt appreciated throughout my stay, especially with the complimentary breakfast, room credit, and free parking, which added real value.

Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Rayetta, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel personal. In the evening, Parker at the bar delivered great service as well, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, this was a standout stay with a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. I would absolutely return and recommend this property to others.

Great location !! Nearby shopping mall and also close to Mayfield Heights. Great service as well though housekeeping staff can do a better job !! It was snowing in Cleveland and thus the location made a big difference

My son and I stayed one night while visiting Cleveland. I used points for the night which was only 13,500. Hotel is upscale in appearance, very quiet overall. It is located near many upscale shopping and restaurant options. Parking is free in deck behind hotel. Our room overlooked the shops below.

We had breakfast the next morning nearby at First Watch but breakfast buffet was available at the hotel for $17 pp. This seemed quite reasonable except the only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausage. The did offer free coffee and tea each morning.
I felt the location was quite nice and the points required very low for what we experienced. I would consider staying there again if in the area.

We stayed in this hotel one night
When I got charges for this night they included charge that I used the bar in the room
And they charged 20 dollars
In fact the bar was empty
They are not honest people
I would not advise to stay there
They are stealing money from customers
They also said that breakfast was included, but nevertheless charged for very bad breakfast 36 dollars
This is not a good hotel

Great place to stay when visiting Cleveland east side suburbs

Location was fabulous. The property itself was so nice and everyone that helps the guests was so kind and helpful. The cleaning staff was also wonderful. I would definitely stay there again

This place sucks. We stayed here last week for 3 nights and it sucked. The service is non existent, the people at the front desk could care less if you need anything and they only provide maid and cleaning service every OTHER day. So you have dirty sheets and no clean towels for the second night. Also pretty sure there are bed bugs. Oh and the floor was sticky . Don’t stay here

Great staff, great location

The staff literally do not acknowledge you at all. The only time any of the staff said anything was at check in and that was not even friendly.
