Room was lovely and a super breakfast. Quiet and beautiful gardenp
A beautiful room, in a beautiful old building, in a very beautiful part of England:)! To top it all, our bed was huge and extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious (in the lovely orangery) and staff very friendly and. helpful. Just perfect--very strongly recommended
Nothing
Friendly staff, very clean and a very comfortable stay
Excellent welcome. Sunday evening the restaurant was closed which is understandable, but they provided a wonderful charcuterie board
Little if anything to criticise
All the staff were so welcoming and approachable, we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to the downstairs apartment this was a lovely surprise.
An old property with plenty of character, the location is perfect for exploring Dorset the being coast a 15 min drive.
staff were lovely..nice homemade shortbread in room
the bath was uncomfortable....breakfast could have had a few more cold selection choices but was fine...im nit picking
Very welcoming and helpful staff. We had an excellent supper and fulfilling breakfast after a good night’s sleep
Stayed in one of the self service apartments which was lovely. Great food in the restaurant and for breakfast too. Charging point for our electric car at 85p KW.
the breakfast
the fires were not lite, the staff were school leavers, the bedroom was freezing, as no-one had put on the radiators. The restaurant looked uninviting, and cheap. ( unlike the price). Shame as its a good looking hotel, ( and used to be classy) but run now like a night bar and by people who, not at their fault, not understand what it should be like to stay at a 3 star hotel.
