Hôtel insalubre.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour un week-end entre amies, pensant trouver un endroit simple et correct pour profiter de notre séjour. Quelle désillusion dès notre arrivée : le logement était dans un état révoltant. Rien ne correspondait aux photos. Les draps n’étaient clairement pas changés, la salle de bain était couverte de poils et de calcaire, et les sols étaient d’une saleté extrême, remplis de poussière comme s’ils n’avaient pas été lavés depuis des mois.
En demandant à changer de chambre, nous avons découvert que la situation était encore pire à l’étage : la moquette des couloirs était complètement moisie, l’odeur était insoutenable, et les autres chambres étaient tout aussi sales et négligées. Il était absolument impossible d’y dormir.
Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement, et malgré la mention “aucun remboursement possible” lors de la réservation, il nous a été accordé immédiatement, sans la moindre discussion. Cela prouve bien que ce n’est pas un cas isolé, mais un problème connu et récurrent.
Qu’un tel établissement soit encore accessible à la réservation est une véritable honte. C’est une insulte au respect des voyageurs et aux règles élémentaires d’hygiène. Cet hôtel devrait être retiré immédiatement des plateformes : accueillir des clients dans de telles conditions est inacceptable.

싸이콘서트하는 속초종합운동장이 가까운거 빼고 없음.

Cons:

시설이 너무 낙후되어 있고 화장실 천장에 곰팡이 까지 있고 4명 예약을 했는데 수건도 달랑3장만있고, 프런트에서 수건 더 달라고 하니 나이드신 직원분이 눈으로 욕하면서 주시더라구요. 가격도 가성비가 좋은것도 아니고 아무리 휴가철이라 감안해도 거리의 편이성때문에 예약했지만 돈을 더주더고 다른데 이용하는게 나을듯 싶네요.

고민을 해봐야하는 숙소~ (욕심과 기대를 버리고 오로지 저렴하게 잠만 잔다? ㅠㅠ)

설악산이 바로 보이는 장소는 너무 좋았고, 가격도 너무 착하고 좋았습니다~

일단, 프론트직원의 불친절부터, 곧 폐점?할 숙소처럼 모든시설이 다 엉망이였다, 리모델링중이라면 손님을 받지말고 공사를 해야지 손님은 손님대로 받고, 이런 불편함이란 ㅠㅠ
개인 혹은 가족여행은 비추천이며, 단체나 운동선수들 합숙훈련으로 딱인거 같다.

정말 오래된 숙박 시설. 저렴한 가격에 이용한다면 추천
Pros:

속초 여행하기에 좋은 위치 입니다. 성수기에도 크게 비싸지 않고 평소는 진짜 저렴한 가격 대비 괜찮은 숙소 입니다. 그러니 운동 선수들이 많이 이용하는 거겠죠. 온천수가 공급되는 리조트인지라 물은 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

Cons:

진심 오래된 숙소입니다. 실내 리모델링을 조금씩 하는거 같은데 룸이 꽉차서 1층에서 숙박해서 그런지 리모델링이 전혀 안된 룸이었습니다. 아이 말로는 시골할아버지 집보다 더 오래된 집 같다고 ㅋㅋ. 진심 레트로. 청소는 그래도 열심히 하시는거 같은데, 저의 룸은 이전에 손님이 먹었던 배가 그대로 냉장고가 있었습니다. 저희는 음식을 안해 먹었는데(잠만 잠), 식기 사용이 그리 안전해 보이지는 않았습니다..(넘 오래됐어요). 종류도 별로 없고.. 실내에 밥통은 있는데, 전기포트와 전자레인지는 없습니다. 잠만 자는 용도라면 저렴한 가격에 하루 정도 숙박하기는 괜찮습니다만 시설이 너무 낙후되었습니다. 내부에 사우나도 오락실도 다 운영 안하더라고요. 얼른 리모델링 잘되길 바랍니다.
