Pros:

The lady at the reception was very unpleasant. I booked this last minute so was my only option. The room I booked was a double bed but somehow I got 2 twin beds... not very pleasant when you are traveling with your husband. We were placed on a smoking floor with a nonsmoking room ... so hallway would stink every time we have to leave the room. Also, the "breakfast" is only bread with butter/strawberry jam. The lady told us it's 1 small cup a coffee per person but any local would have more than one ... but she would say no to us as we are not asian ...

駅から近く、駅到着時どしゃ降りだったので
分かりやすい場所に有り、助かりました。
室内も清潔でした。朝食はトーストとコーヒーですが
近所にコンビニが有り、牛乳やヨーグルトなど
購入できました。

中2の長男と海水浴で素泊まり
Pros:

建物は古いが室内は改装されており清潔、必要なものは一通り揃っていてコンパクトにまとまっていた。無料の朝食はトーストとコーヒーのみだが、あればあったでありがたかった。

朝食といっても、コーヒーと食パンを自分で焼くだけのこと。
駅の繁華街に近い分、前の道路はうるさく、二重窓になっている。
駐車場代は、1泊1000円。

Pros:

窓から海が見える部屋でした。
窓を開けると
熱海の日常の雰囲気が空気から感じられる
ような静かなところでした。
駐車場の入り口の傾斜がキツくて
車高の低い私の車は入庫を断念し
付近の駐車場に止めました。
家族経営？のようでしたが
丁寧に対応してもらいました。
駅前の商店街は朝9時頃から
やってるので、チェックアウト前に
ぶらっとするのもいいかもです。

フロント下にカミソリや消臭剤が置いてあったが案内が全く無かったため、見落としたおり、チェックアウト時(帰りに)気が付いた！チェックイン時やはじめに伝えてもらいたかった！
また部屋に湯呑み茶碗だけでなく、グラスも置いてもらいたかった！

安すいお値段で寝心地のいいベッド
Pros:

昭和時代の雰囲気を引き継いでいるホテルで、＂Fancy ＂(豪華)より、素泊まり。そう希望した私にとっては特に問題はありませんでした。部屋は丁寧に掃除され、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。すぐ隣にホテル所属のコインランドリーも助かりました。朝食はコーヒーとパンだけですが、バッチリ。熱海は数年ぶりでしたが、今度もここにしたいと思います。


熱海駅もビーチもやや遠くありません！

このシーズンに値段とロケーションでお得だと思います。カップルでロマンティックを求めるなら別ですが、シャワーとベッドだけでいいなら充分に満足なホテルです。

寝るだけだったら安いのでいいかなと思う。
チェックインした部屋がとてもたばこくさかったので、部屋を変えてもらおうと問い合わせしましたが、全室喫煙だそう。
ドライヤー無し、ベッドサイドにコンセント、ライトなし。寝るだけだったら安くて、駅に近いのでいいです。

お年寄りで運営している。昭和の温泉観光ホテルをそのまま、ビジネスホテルにした感じ、ビジネス目的かつ素泊まりなら駅近なので、便利。仕事にも集中できた。駐車場(１日1,000円）は、ホテルの裏で9台分ある。

Le petit déjeuner est inexistant. la literie est très mauvaise.
la chambre 602 est installer prés d'un équipement technique bruyant ... 65db en permanence dans la chambre, il est très difficile de dormir.
