The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast selections were outstanding. Thr fitness center is comprehensively equipped, enabling guests to maintain their fitness regimens with a diverse array of equipment designed for all muscle groups, including cardiovascular options. The location is truly remarkable, providing opportunities for pleasant strolls through Al Seef Souk, where one can experience the heritage ambiance while also accessing contemporary dining venues. Furthermore, boat services are available for guests with leisure time ( in Al seef ) , and importantly, a complimentary late checkout option is offered, subject to availability.

Cons:

I would like to express my slight dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my recent stay, as they did not align with the high standards typically associated with the Hilton brand. For instance, upon arrival, we remained in our vehicle for a period before a valet attendant approached us, necessitating our initiation of contact. While I understand the challenges of outdoor work in summer heat, this initial experience was less than ideal.

Furthermore, I observed some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. Bird droppings on the exterior facade were visually unappealing and marred the aesthetic and view from the room. I suggest considering the installation of bird spikes as a preventative measure, given the impracticality of daily facade cleaning. Inside the room, I was surprised to discover two to three insects near the bed area. Additionally, the chair was damaged, a bedside light was non-functional, and the blinds exhibited minor damage.

I believe that both the soft and hard services could benefit from further attention and improvement to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience but overall the entire team is doing a great job . Thank you.
