Cons:

Canopy can improve their facilities cleanliness, provide more options in breakfast, keep fresh items and not repeate the same menu every day breakfast, room setup is not ideal for family, AC was not working as expected ( I had to call hotel AC technician), the safe was repeatedly showing error, the access to canal area that has Canopy-maintained lawns was not granted.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in Al Seef, within walking distance of Old Dubai, the creek, restaurants, and shops. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place for a staycation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the swimming pool was enjoyable. Although the pool does not directly face the creek, it was still a pleasant place to relax. The hotel also offers excellent value for money considering its location, facilities, and overall quality.

Cons:

The pillows in our room did not seem fresh upon arrival and had an unpleasant smell, as if they had been previously used. We requested replacements, and the staff promptly provided new ones.

Excellent for staycation
Pros:

Hotel had amazing view of the creek we weren’t really happy with our rooms at first but the reception was very nice and they changed them for us really appreciate that. Also food and everything amazing

Cons:

Pool could have been deeper it was only 1.17 m which is extremely shallow but it is what it is jot a deal breaker
