Pros:

The check in was done in few minutes. We were warmly welcomed by staffs then we went to the Sol bar.
The staffs at the bar was very helpful and always smiling and kind to clients.
The room was good. Food was very nice.
Security at the pool was always on.

Cons:

Skafos did not have enough varieties of menu.

We have stayed at Canopy five times and have always enjoyed our visits. Unfortunately, this stay was different and did not meet the standards we experienced before.
The breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive, with the same offerings every day. Considering the price, we did not feel it provided good value. We also noticed that cleanliness in the restaurant and elevators could be improved.
In addition, the overall atmosphere of the hotel seems to have changed. The guest profile and behavior no longer reflect the quality and standards we experienced during our previous stays, which affected the overall experience.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location remains one of our favorites and is one of the main reasons we continue to choose this hotel.
We hope management will address these issues and bring back the quality and experience that made Canopy stand out in the past.

we had a great time at the hotel, we walked in al seef, took a boat to gold souk, bought souvenirs and enjoyed the food
