Pros:

Loved the decor ! The property is modern and the beds are extremely comfortable. Even with the trendy little Smug fridge! The pool area Bar staff were amazing and we loved the cocktails overlooking the Creek. Walking distance to the Souk area and close to Burjuman Mall to take a metro. Highly recommend the hotel and the friendly staff.

More than a stay, Canopy gave me the feeling of coming home🤍

My stay at Canopy Hotel was truly an experience that will always have a special place in my heart

From the very first moment I arrived I felt something different
Every single person I met was kind warm friendly and genuinely caring
Everyone was always doing their absolute best to make sure that I was happy comfortable and enjoying every moment of my stay

I would especially like to thank Mr Ahmed-Sabi-Aovind -Ali and the Chef for their kindness professionalism and for making my stay even more special

I would also like to give a very special thank you to the two wonderful ladies wearing the beautiful Arabic abayas
I unfortunately do not remember their names but they were absolutely amazing at what they do
Their kindness their smiles and the way they cared about every little detail truly made a difference

And of course a very special thank you to the entire housekeeping team
Every time I opened the door to my room I felt a sense of happiness
Everything was beautifully arranged perfectly clean and organized
The attention to detail was simply outstanding

What touched me the most was the feeling I had throughout my stay
I honestly felt like I was part of a family
Like a family member coming back home after being away for a very long time

Thank you to every single person at Canopy Hotel for every smile every kind word every little detail and every beautiful moment you gave me

I really liked how comfortable and welcoming the property felt. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it felt like a nice place to relax and enjoy my stay.

Cons:

Overall, my stay was really good, and I truly enjoyed my time at the property. The only suggestion I have would be to offer a little more variety for breakfast, as the food options were mostly the same every day. Other than that, everything was great.

敢えて挙げると部屋の中の掃除が行き届いてないと感じました。
