Pros:

I want to compliment the staff who did a great job for treating us well. Shout out for the Filipina receptionist..the filipina staff in the brekfast area and the other staff..sorry it was my 2nd time but forgot the their names
And the evening staff in the skafos restaurant shital and yingying..
Thank u for making our day specially my sisters birthday extra special.
Thank you Canopy hotel for the perfect birthday surprise for my sister awesome place to relax , unwind, and celebrate special day...

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Creek für toll Spaziergänge am Abend, das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet Plätze oberhalb des Wassers, das ist phantastisch, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich, Betten sehr bequem, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, wir machten einen Ausflug und kamen gegen 21:00 Uhr zurück, das Zimmer war notdürftig geputzt, ein Raum für Koffer nicht vorhanden, standen in der Hotellobby, die Klimaanlage ging schlecht, das Abendessen der HP war einem Viersternehotel nicht angemessen: Pizza Margharita oder Spaghetti. Am Abend des nächsten Tages konnten wir nach Beschwerde das Zimmer wechseln, hier war dann alles top, nach Beschwerde war auch das Abendessen fein, als Wiedergutmachung erhielten wir einen großen Obstkorb und besonderen Nachtisch, dennoch war das Zimmer zwei Tage lang mies.

A lovely fun friendly place
Pros:

Lovely location near the airport, people, and facilities and room. The rooftop swimming pool and bar was cool. Loved the creative streak in the interior.
