Very disappointing experience

It was a terrible experience. I checked in around 8:30 PM, and just 10 minutes later, housekeeping entered my room without knocking. I immediately called the front office, and they said they would check and simply apologized. Is it really standard for Hilton staff to enter a guest room without permission?

Later, around 10:30 PM, I called again because the TV and the adaptor under it were not working. An engineer was sent, but the issue could not be fixed. After that, around 11:30 PM, I went to the bathroom and found that the bidet was also not working.

At that point, I was already very tired and frustrated. I had just finished work and came to relax, but instead experienced multiple issues. I didn’t want to call again or have more staff come to the room—I just wanted to rest.

At check-out, I was offered a 50% refund as compensation, but I have not received it nor been contacted by the hotel since.

Please think twice before staying at this hotel. They carry the Hilton brand but do not seem to follow its standards.

Dubai nell'acqua!!!😱
Pros:

È già la terza volta che vengo all'Hilton al Seef per l'ottima posizione,accoglienza e comfort interno!
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è spesso eccezionale!
Poi amo le finiture minimal come i pavimenti in cemento!!!

Cons:

Purtroppo pioveva troppo!🤣
