Pros:

The quick response and politeness of all the staff who attended my messages and requests gives me an amazing day. And it is a very good hospitality to the guests that makes their stay comfortable. The ambiance of the room is so cozy and relaxing. The smell of the corridor is good.
The lobby is Iconic.

Cons:

I noticed that the chairs inside the room are not so comfortable to seat because of the tiny size..

Pros:

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the beautiful ambience creates a truly relaxing experience. A special thank you to Ms. Grida for her wonderful assistance from the very beginning and for arranging a fantastic surprise for my husband. We are both incredibly happy and truly appreciate the extra effort. Thank you so much to the entire team!

The location is great.

Cons:

Upon my booking is confirmed. I received auto message from the property asking some details and preference. I replied to the message however, all the points that i mentioned that i requested everything are not given to me. Example i requested a not connecting room but the receptionist allocated me in connecting room. Higher floor but given a lower floor. I even mentioned to the receptionist that im celebrating my birthday same day that i checked in.

We got a late check out the receptionist gave is 2pm. Thankful or that.

The breakfast was good. A lot of selections, but for the hot good there’s not much options. My friend informed the waiter/waitress it was my birthday july 4. If im not mistaken his name Randy the restaurant supervisor gave a surprise cake and staff sang as well. And make me happy.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
