Best staycation destination
Pros:

we like the services that the staff gave us. As Hampton hotel was under renovation, we were upgraded to Canopy by Hilton which is the sister company of the hotel. Staff, service, and facilities were impeccable. Will be staying again.

Cons:

I only stayed for a night.

The property is good, but the reservation staff are really bad

I had my relative who came to stay at the hotel, I wanted to pay for them. Before the day of checkin I called the reservation desk. They told me, my card is already saved and they would use it to charge for the stay. The next day when my relatives arrived, the receptionist told me we need a physical card. I spoke to the reception told th not to charge the guest and to send me a payment link. They said okay and i waited, no payment link was sent. Later i understood, they charged my relative the full amount on his card. It was such an insult for me infront of my relative.

Very comfortable and relaxed stay
Pros:

The chef on duty last friday, saturday and sunday made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to accomdate my daughters dietary requirements. The chef at the egg station is so willing to give you the best omelette with the biggest smile to start your day. Your hotel is very lucky to have such lovely staff.

A place to visit whenever I think of outing or to recommend
Pros:

Fantastic views , delicious meal during breakfast with great hygienic environments and workers, canopy has it all what it takes to call the place luxury and safe environments
