Pros:

Excellent location. Special commendation to the sstewardess who served breakfast. One serving spoon was fallen on the floor and an assistant kept it back. On seeing this, this stewardess took the spoon away and replaced with a clean one. Such people are real assets to any hotel.

I am a regular customer but disappointed with the current stay

Repeat guest ,however this time I was surprised to see that they are super economized, no one to open the door ,no trolley staff.
Rationed drinking water.
Breakfast also had reduced in options and quality since previous years at Hampton.
