I'm not satisfied
Cons:

Nothing special in BF.
AC is not cooling.
When we arrived at the Hampton, we noticed a sign at the entrance saying the hotel was under renovation. We were not informed about the renovation in advance. If we had known, we could have made a different decision. We are disappointed that this was not communicated to us before our arrival.

Pros:

The quick response and politeness of all the staff who attended my messages and requests gives me an amazing day. And it is a very good hospitality to the guests that makes their stay comfortable. The ambiance of the room is so cozy and relaxing. The smell of the corridor is good.
The lobby is Iconic.

Cons:

I noticed that the chairs inside the room are not so comfortable to seat because of the tiny size..

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the beautiful ambience creates a truly relaxing experience.
