Lage am See und bei den Portici der Altstadt

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei renovierte Zimmer gleich unter dem Dach. Wegen Verletzungen am Kopf (ich bin 190 cm gross) musste ich das Zimmer wechseln,, was ohne weiteres möglich war. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und bei heissem Wetter unentbehrlich.

Het uitzicht, en het restaurant

Cons:

Personeel spreekt alleen Italiaans.
Kamer was op een zolder voor kleine mensen.
De airco deed het niet, dus bloedheet, als je het raam open doet zit je naast een grote buis vd keuken, die geluid maakte.

Hotel Garni mit guter Lage und ausbaufähigem Service und Ausstattung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück konnte am Luganer See draußen gegessen werden (nicht auf der Seeterasse).
Leistungsfähige vintage Klimaanlage, die die Autobahn übertönte.

Cons:

Von der Ankunft bis zum Beziehen des Zimmers vergingen mehr als eine Stunde: der Weg zum Hotelparkplatz war nur schlecht beschrieben, obwohl vorgebucht (öffentliche Parkplätze sind am Abend aufgrund der vielen Restaurants knapp). Es waren zwei Zimmer mit Einzelbetten gebucht, aber nicht vorbereitet. Letztendlich gab es statt des gebuchten Zimmer mit Seeblick ein Dachgeschosszimmer mit kleinem Dachfenster in Richtung Autobahn.
Das alles musste mit einem redlich bemühten Mitarbeiter geregelt werden, der weder gut Deutsch oder Englisch sprach und nebenbei als Kellner und Bartender arbeitete und immer wieder von seinem Chef zur Eile getrieben wurde. Aber dem Eigentümer war es offensichtlich wichtiger Kosten zu sparen als Service zu bieten. (Auf das Essen im Restaurant verzichteten wir mit Rücksicht auf das unterbesetzte Personal.)

Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Lido (öffentliches Schwimmbad) direkt daneben.
Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den See ist genial!

Cons:

Im Dachgeschosszimmer war es trotz Klimaanlage leider eher heiß, trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt aber sehr gut gefallen.
