The location - there's plenty of undesirable activity within the immediate vicinity of the hotel ( junkies: drugs; prostitution etc), making the hotel not that family friendly.

Self catering room was very bad ,stove wasn't clean, bed was broken in the middle, the place is too noisy. We ended up request to move from self catering room.
