Pros:

Su ubicación cerca del centro y encanto del hotel. Destacar el buen trato y simpatía de Rafa, en la recepción, muy afable y acogedor. Buen desayuno. Una ventaja disponer de un parking privado sin coste adicional. Sin duda lo elegiremos de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita a Santillana.

Was für eine schöne Landschaft, was für eine spannende Gegend! Und dort liegt dieses Hotel, eine Perle! Selten habe ich mich so willkommen gefühlt und wurde so achtsam empfangen und umsorgt. Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Charme, das Zimmer war ruhig, das Frühstück umfangreich und liebevoll bereitet und für mich perfekt. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wonderful hotel in fascinating medieval town
Pros:

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Santillana is a wonderfully preserved medieval town and the historic Casa de Organista is beautifully furnished with antiques yet has elegant modern bathrooms. Rafa, the host, is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay. Good parking in a private car park a few minutes by steps from the hotel or slightly longer by road. We would unreservedly recommend staying here.

The staff was exceptional.
The reception was nice and clean.
The terrace was very beautiful

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was a weird smell.
Since the room didn't have air conditioning we couldn't close the window and it was very hard to sleep beacuse there was peolple smoking and talking outside.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful, very unique. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Rafa even helped us park the car. It’s in a great location. Breakfast was delicious.
