Aiden by Best Western Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center

Love it!😍

Upon arrival I was given a downgrade. After showing pictures and my receipt it was corrected.The room was not clean I had to clean the restroom and vacuum the floor myself. The carpet was dirty and had stains so did the chair…I made hotel management aware of everything.

This is a beautiful property!! It is well maintained and the staff was fabulous. I was greeted every time coming and going. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is just a short drive to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. I would definitely come back for another stay maybe bring grandkids.

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was below average, there was very low water pressure and the sink drain was clogged.

Hotel grounds were beautiful. Nice and relaxing stay with family. Would stay again but stay in a room with the back view!

It was really nice to stay with Aiden by best Western Warm Springs Hotel, we enjoyed the beautiful views and we enjoyed the gorgeous installations. Wonderful staff that cared about us all the time!

The facility was nice and the landscape was manicured. The mountain was incredible! The custoner service was outstanding. Overall it was an exceptional experience.

Had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean. The atmosphere and the amenities are also wonderful.

The best place to stay will not stay anywhere else when we come to town

The hotel was very nice in appearance and clean. My air conditioning in my room never got the room below 72° the entire night and I am a person that likes to sleep when it’s cold it was a little humid, etc. also their breakfast was not available and then they offered to make a single plate which I agreed to than the cook and the person working told me first it would be $20 and that I could pay cash and then ask me if I had cash app to send the money. And then after I told them I didn’t carry cash. They said they would charge the $10 to my room.

The day before arrival hotel responded to our question regarding the restaurant being open for dinner during stay. We were told it would be but upon arrival we were told it was closed. The front desk clerk didn’t know how to check us in! We left to find a restaurant but none were open in Warm Springs so had to drive 40 miles round trip. If we were not mislead we would have made plans to stop before getting here. Once in our nice room we found out the tv did not work and internet very slow, poor streaming. Such a shame it’s a new hotel in a beautiful location.

All was good. Great view of deer in the evening and fantastic sunrise. Got the best room for sunrise. 203. Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didn’t accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway.

Everything so far is nice

This is my go-to place for peace and tranquility. Whether it's a week's trip or just an overnighter, I'm always pleased with the accommodations offered by Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs, Georgia. There is much to do in the surrounding townships, but there is also peacefulness to be found hanging out at the hotel. It's a gem, and I'm so happy to have found it.

This place is BEAUTIFUL!!

Amazing! We came for a romantic little getaway and this was the perfect place for it! Very sweet staff, nice accommodations and we even got a room upgrade. The breakfast is basically the usual continental fare, and right now selections on the bar/restaurant are limited due it being off season, but the staff still made sure we had a great meal and a great time! Beds are comfy, blackout drapes, and the view is AWESOME. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Seems like the person who cleaned the room missed a pillow with the case. There was a stain on the pillow case and lots of hair. Otherwise everything seem to be clean!
If I’m ever that direction again, I will be staying there.

Staff was very friendly and sincere in making my stay pleasant. Accommodations were clean and service prompt.
