I am not getting a refund despite calling for 6 days and being told it was no issue.
Cons:

I began calling the property after my husband experienced chest pains on the way to the property. We ended up having to call 911 and he was transported to the hospital via ambulance and later admitted. He also suffered 3 heart attacks in the coming days making it impossible for us to keep our reservation. I began calling the property at 3pm on the day of check in. I was told my room could be cancelled with no fees if the hotel received confirmation from booking.com. Booking.com ( i learned today from the property) did exactly what they needed to do and emailed the property. The property manager and another associate confirmed the receipt of all of the emails sent but now say they won't cancel the room at no charge because my room was marked as a no show despite all of my communication over the last 6 days. So I am now getting screwed because the hotels associates were not trained properly. I am so frustrated and overwhelmed by this obvious lack of care that it will take me a while to do business with this hotel again. Thank you for doing what you needed to do on your end, I do appreciate you. I also just described the person I spoke to beginning on Sunday and the hotel property manager said now he has to open an investigation on safety because he did not have anyone who was a hispanic male working on Sunday. This is unbelievable. Customer service is dead.

Nice Hotel, just wish it had a better mattress
Pros:

The location was perfect, directly across from the Viera Towne Center and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Desk staff was welcoming and had a quick check in. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding area. Hotel was very nice and a good value. I had a ground floor room, which is what I requested, and it was very quiet. I liked the smaller carts they had for bringing items to your room. Handicap parking is close to the front door. The eating area is very nice. Spent some time there just reading. Nice pool too.

Cons:

The mattress was not comfortable. I stayed 2 nights and slept very poorly. Kept waking up because my back hurt so bad. I ended up lying on two pillows in the bed to try and sleep, but really did not help. The AC unit was noisy; it sounded like the fan kept working hard and making kind of a squeaky sound, then would stop. Didn't matter during the day, but at night, it was annoying. Of course, this is probably not like that in every room. I was in room 129.
The chair to the desk was fine, but it would have been nice to have a larger sitting chair with something to put feet up. If one of those had been available, I would have slept in it for a better night's sleep than the bed. I left early morning 5:30 am, but didn't see anyone at the desk while bringing luggage out my car so left keys at check in desk.
