Würde wieder dort übernachten
Pros:

Besonders, dass wir am Abreisetag früher zum Frühstück gehen konnten.

Cons:

Ein zusätzlicher Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel, ein großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Viel Ablageplatz im Bad. Wir hatten Blick in den Hof.

20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum und 10 Minuten bis zu Restaurants in der Neustadt.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt. Wenn man später kommt, muss man eine App herunterladen, um einen Zugang zu bekommen. Das fanden wir etwas lästig.

Das Frühstück: u. a. frisches Obst und leckere Croissants. Leider nur Aufschnitt und gekochte Eier etc., keine warmen Speisen. Am dritten Tag war es schon ein bisschen langweilig... 7-8 Früchtetee-Sorten und nur eine Schwarztee-Sorte (Beutel ohne Schutzpapier) ;-(

Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die man vielleicht verbessern könnte - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Neat property in a great location and nice people. Would stay again.
Pros:

It’s a neat property. Nice, clean room in a good location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping in the Neustadt and a short tram ride to the Theaterplatz and old town area. The staff was very nice.

Pros:

Der Innenhof des Hotels ist hübsch und sicherlich bei warmen Wetter toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Lage des Hotels, unmittelbar an einer Haltestelle, ist prima und man kann innerhalb weniger Minuten die Altstadt erreichen.

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass kein Aufenthaltsraum vorhanden ist, wo man sich abends hinsetzen könnte.

Die Lage zentral, dennoch ruhig in diesem solide renovierten historischen, sehr solide gebaren und erholsam begrünten Handelshof.

Cons:

Der elektronische Zugang mit keycard/ Code über eine Schlüsselapp ist außerhalb der Bürozeiten gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Der fernsehempfang ist leider sehr werbelastig.
Es könnte ein begrüssungswasser angeboten werden. Aber bei dem günstigen preisleistungsverhältnis entbehrlich.

Good for a night’s sleep near Dresden Neustadt station
Pros:

Nice room, had everything necessary, ten minutes walk from Dresden Neustadt station, good communication with staff, for self-checkin I needed to download an app but that worked fine. My second stay here and would come again if I need to stay near Dresden station.
