Schönes Städtehotel mit sehr guter Atmosphäre
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der inneren Neustadt nahe dem Bahnhof Neustadt. Mit der Straßenbahn erreicht man die City in wenigen Minuten. Es ist ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern, einem sehr schönen Innenhof und sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Das Hotel garni ist extrem verkehrsgünstig gelegen, in der Nähe eines Bahnhofs und mehrer Straßenbahnhaltestellen - außerdem kann man auch zu Fuß die Altstadt gut erreichen. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich. Der Hof einladend zum Verweilen und draußen sitzen. Die Rezeptionisten war ausgesprochen freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch und lecker.

Kleines und schnuggeliges Hotel verkehrsgünstig in Dresden Neustadt gelegen!

Das ist ein sehr schönes, liebevoll geführtes und sauberes Hotel in historischer Bausubstanz mit nettem Personal. Ideal für einen Stadtbesuch von Dresden.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Wir waren schon öfter da und es war, wie immer, alles gut. Das Anwesen ist superschön, das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage zwischen Neustadt und Altstadt ist ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte mal etwas Liebe vertragen. Ist aber trotzdem gut.

Friendly receptionist. Clean room and bedding location good.

Cons:

Kettle in room would be nice for making tea. TV remote not working maybe new battery needed. A comfy armchair would be a nice addition.Net curtains or half blinds for privacy in day time would be great.

I think I may have mentioned enough!!

The after 5pm…. Yes 5pm. Phone key entry system is ridiculous. Spend 1 hr trying to succeed with…. Without help from others I would not had done it.. once inside… it reminded me of a prison camp or a jail Bland , boring , cheap furniture, white light see through curtains. Wood floor …. So basic and un-inviting… I would have enjoyed sleeping on the train platform more ! My partner rebooked elsewhere for me, in a city hotel… this horrible accommodation was not going to ruin my time in Dresden, which I had been looking forward to for a long time. I would like Booking . Com , to re assess the Hofgarten 24 standards fully …. My opinion is …. It fell well short of my expectancy . I feel cheated, and angry within. £20 per night would have been excessive.. let alone what I was charged .This is the 1st time I have given feedback of this nature. I would like to, and expect a follow up from Booking.com. Yours faithfully Robin

Nettes sauberes günstiges Hotel in historischen Gebäude, nur das Schlüsselsystem ist verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war in der Preislage gut und frisch!
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.
Sehr sauber.
Die Räume sind einfach, haben aber alles was man für einen Übernachtungsbesuch benötigt.
Es ist nachts angenehm ruhig!

Cons:

Die Betreuung von Gästen nach 17 Uhr ist nur telefonisch und schlicht ungenügend. Um nach 17Uhr einen Zimmerzugang zu erhalten, muss man eine bestimmte App herunterladen, persönliche Daten eingeben und die richtige Haustür finden. Es standen mit uns drei Gästeparteien ratlos im Hof. Man muss z.B. auch wissen, dass innerhalb der App Bluetooth nochmal einzeln aktiviert werden muss oder wie genau das Handy an eine Tür zu halten ist. Alles theoretisch machbar, kostete uns aber fast eine Stunde und eigentlich wollten wir doch die Stadt besichtigen.

Ich empfehle das Hotel gern weiter.
Pros:

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel inkl. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Wegen der zentralen Lage konnte ich alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in einem historischen Gebäude in der Dresdner Neustadt; sehr freundliches Personal; hoteleigener Parkplatz

Cons:

Frühstück gibt es nur von 8-10 Uhr; es ist okay, aber mit nur wenig Auswahl (kein Rührei, wenig frisches Obst, nur gelegentlich Croissants); Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Rezeption nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt; Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage; W-LAN vorhanden, aber nicht stabil
