Close to the city center. Room is quite spasious, the pool is famiky friendly for kids. The breakfast having variety of food and palembang specialty. The hotel is connected to mall so i can get grab anything i need easily

This hotel is located in a district a little outside the city of Palembang. For an international hotel chain, the facilities provided are quite standard with a good gym and swimming pool. The rooms are also quite neat and clean.
It seems that it is often used as a meeting place by government agencies and other events so that it is quite crowded like when I stayed there for a business meeting.
My opinion due to very limited elevator capacity for hotel guests and meeting participants is inadequate because the ballroom and room access are one, and there is no special access to the ballroom, so it is quite disruptive to mobility, they should make special access to the ballroom to prevent long and crowded elevator queues.

since arrival and departure, we felt comfortable in the hotel. clean, hospitality, good food & beverage. free parking included secure and easy access to and from the airport. this is also closed to shopping center, sport and recreational places.
