Pros:

Comfy beds, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was an awful drain smell in the unit when we arrived, reception were great and managed to fix it, a loose trap fitting but the smell was foul.
Very quiet area, not a great deal around the property

Easy stay in Machiya.
Pros:

The on-site parking, even so the payment instructions were misleading, everything worked. Very comfy beds, large apartmefor two people, supermarkets within easy walking distance, easy check-in and -out.

Cons:

Very slow wifi, no USB ports, the hotel location is within a mace of small narrow streets and google maps may be hard to locate the hotel if you are walking around the neighbourhood. Misleading payment instructions as to the parking fee.

We really enjoyed our stay at Minn Machiya. Close to the train station, 1min walk to 7/11,Lawson and family mart. Alot of restaurants in the area. Safe and quiet. Its nice to have an laundry machine. Excellent service.

Pros:

Nice hotel. We chose mainly for the room size - comfortable for a family of 4. The location is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but a trade off that was worth it for the price and room size.

Stayed here as a family of 5 with young kids. Apartment very spacious and clean. Excellent location located 1 min from main road with plenty of convenience stores, supermarket and local food eateries nearby. Short walk to Machiya train station (~7min), and can easily get to other suburbs in Tokyo.
Would definitely come back.

Smidig incheckning via ipad, gick bra att sova 4 vuxna i rummet. Många convinience stores i närheten vilket gjorde frukosten snabb och enkel. Lite dåligt med uttag för laddning av mobiler etc.
