Très beau bâtiment bien situé mais rapport qualité prix assez mauvais pour Kochi

L’amabilité du personnel , le restaurant

Cons:

Les chambres sombres bruyantes sans rangement ni douche ( pour personnes âgées ) la piscine inaccessible aux personnes âgées . Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour à cause d’un changement de vol sans pouvoir négocier un remboursement . Le taxi de va l’hôtel pour l’aéroport trop cher

The place to stay in Kochi
Pros:

So much to like, the staff is amazing with an exceptional level of service combined with genuine kindness. The hotel is very beautiful from the outside as well as inside. A special mention to the excellent tour guide for the very interesting complimentary visit of the area in the morning. We were also very impressed by the recommendations of the executive head chef before ordering dinner.

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet au cœur de Fort Kochi
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, l'hôtel est parfaitement entretenu, il possède un réel cachet. Tout est raffiné à défaut d'être complètement fonctionnel. Très joli espace piscine. Les chambres et les communs sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût. Le restaurant est excellent : la cuisine est variée et très fine. Emplacement hyper central pour visiter la vieille ville. Le personnel adorable et extrêmement serviable. Un très bel endroit, donc.

Cons:

Le lit était trop mou et très étroit pour deux personnes. La chambre côté rue était bruyante : l'insonorisation n'est vraiment pas optimale.
