Wunderbares 400 jähriges schön renoviertes Hotel im Zentrum von Fort Kochi. Gutes Restaurant. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Auch den Pool haben wir sehr genossen.
Das Hotel war rundherum super. Beim Fischmarkt und den so berühmten chinesischen Fischernetzen ist der Strand sehr sehr dreckig. Schade.
The whole packages is just superb. The staff is amazing friendly. The rooms are beautiful maintained and in top condition. Poolside is very clean and the complimentary coffee and snacks at four are a nice moment to get out of the pool and enjoy a Yahtzee game in the shadow.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Fort kochi, with tastefully done rooms, super comfortable beds , delicious food and to top it all such fabulous service from the most courteous staff have ever seen at any property. A superb team such as this made the stay even more beautiful .

Die Flexibilität des Teams war wirklich beeindruckend. Für uns wurde ein ganz besonderes Essen zubereitet – das Grand Visju Sadya. Es war nicht nur eine tolle Erfahrung, sondern auch unglaublich lecker. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, das uns in bester Erinnerung bleibt!
Die Zimmer liegen alle zur Straßenseite, wodurch es nachts leider etwas lauter sein kann. Geräusche wie die Müllabfuhr oder bellende Hunde sind dabei hörbar und können den Schlaf etwas beeinträchtigen.
Great location on Princess Street with easy walking access to local sights. The atmosphere is very relaxed and this was reinforced in the hotel information where it advises you can wear what you wish but be respectful. I had a standard room that was very large and the room had everything I needed with toiletries and a mini fridge stocked with soft drinks and nibbles. The water at the hotel has been treated and the drinking water has been additionally filtered. As such ice and water provided at the hotel is safe to consume. The morning buffet is a blend of western, Indian, cereals and fruits. A good breakfast will certainly power you through the day. Staff throughout the hotel are exceptional and a particular shout out to Hotel Manager Jerin who is very friendly and easy to engage with to answer any questions you may have. I enjoyed my three nights at the hotel because the hotel is very good, but all the staff made my experience very enjoyable.
