Perfect location right at the edge of the old town
Pros:

Superb location right at the edge of the old town overlooking the boats. 3 minutes walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to the nearest pintxos bars. Loved the valet parking. Comfortable room. Great power shower, large bathroom. Rooftop bar with pool was excellent with stunning views in all directions. There was a festival on for the entire week when we arrived, the view of the fireworks from the rooftop was brilliant!

Cons:

AC could have been a little bit colder but wouldn't go any lower on the controller

Cons:

Front desk staff were variable. Some warm but some not so much and unhelpful. When we asked for water in the lobby directed to the bar for 5 euro for small bottle water. Later became aware that there was water in the lobby. Similarly water supply in the room was just one bottle refilled daily and was missed one day. For this kind of hotel nickel and diming water is unnecessary.

Cons:

Domotica incomprensibile colazione cara e inesistente non c’è buffet. Camere senza balcone ma solo con ringhiera. Piscina inesistente piccolissima falsata dalle foto su internet. Nel complesso molto deludente. I ripassi nelle stanze il pom non vengono fatti. Come proprietaria di 2 hotel quattro stelle in Italia mi permetto queste critiche. Per me non è un 4 stelle! Unica nota positiva personale gentile.

La localisation. Le service voiturier très appréciable. L’espace du rooftop pour prendre un verre en fin d’après-midi.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner avec un service à la carte, lent et laborieux. Je n’ai compris l’intérêt du petit bassin sur le rooftop. Il ne faut pas parler de piscine, cela s’apparente plutôt à un pédiluve. La carte du bar du rooftop est assez pauvre, dommage.

Da Evitare se volete confort
Pros:

Solo la posizione per il resto colazione nulla e carissima piscina praticamente una vasca lunga e stretta false le foto su internet. Le camere con domotica recente ma confusa e senza spiegazioni. Non lo consiglio affatto .

Colazione piscina camere balconi inesistenti domotica confusa e non spiegata bene. Evidentemente ristrutturazione frettolosa.

Pros:

設備もスタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。バル街へのアクセスも抜群。サン・セバスティアンのフェスティバル期間で、ルーフトップから綺麗な打ち上げ花火を見られた。

これはホテルの問題では全くないが、ホテルのエントランス前はクレジットカード決済の通信状況が悪く、タクシー支払いでクレジットカード決済が2度ともうまくいかず、現金で支払った。ちなみにサンセバスティアン空港からホテルまでのタクシー料金は約€50。

Disappointing and overpriced
Pros:

Interiors were lovely, bedrooms were a good size, high end fixtures and attention to detail in terms of design. Beautiful views of the bay.

Cons:

I booked two seaview rooms to celebrate a special family occasion. We were not informed by the hotel at the point of booking that a) our stay was during Semana Grande and b) there would be a marquee right outside our windows for the duration of our stay, with live music playing at an extremely loud volume from approx 9pm until 4:30am. As such it was impossible to sleep at all during the night. Considering how expensive the hotel is to stay at, I was hugely disappointed by this and don’t think anyone expects this type of experience. If I had of known I would not have booked this hotel, and so it feels like the management intentionally did not inform guests about the music from the start so as not to lose the bookings. When I raised the issue with a member of staff they simply said ‘Thank you’ for the feedback - not even an apology.

Incredibly noisy and rude staff
Pros:

Booked the hotel and paid premium for a Sea view facing room. The hotel failed to tell us at the time of booking that there would be a music stage underneath the hotel with a live band until 4am. We were told a week before on a non refundable rate. If we were aware of this we would have never booked this property. We raised this with hotel staff and were essentially laughed at. Horrific customer service. Terrible communication. Wouldn’t recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel in Old Town - highly accessible and comfortable
Pros:

Fantastic local and beautiful, contemporary property. I was staying during the festival period so unfortunately noise was inevitable though the hotel was kind enough to email about this in advance and provided ear plugs so their guests could be comfortable. I liked their sustainability efforts as well. Lovely rooftop bar with a small pool - perfect place to watch the fireworks!

Cons:

Phone was not working so I had to resort to Whatsapp to order room service. That issue was not fixed during my stay nor followed up. The lighting system is a bit complicated but they do provide an instructional sheet.
