Cena zbyt wygórowana jak na: problem ze śniadaniem i malutki basen.

Cons:

Musiałem czekać 50 minut na śniadanie (jest a la carte, nie w formie bufetu). Personel narzekał że nagle pojawiło się dużo gości.

Excellent Hotel by the Old Town
Pros:

We loved our stay at Lasala Plaza. From the minute you arrive the staff are nothing but welcoming and helpful. We were given a welcome drink while we checked in and our bags were taken to the room.

We had a marina view room on the first floor, and it was a beautiful room. Extremely comfortable, well fitted and great views. The room was extremely clean, with a great housekeeping service. The perfect space for our trip.

The location was also excellent, right on the edge of the old town, with most of the notable pintxos bars within an easy 10 minute walk.

While we were there it was a bit too cold to make much use of the roof terrace, but if the sun comes out it’s a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy the views.

The breakfast was perfect for us. A good selection of pastries, bread, eggs and toasts etc. The breakfast and bar staff were also great.

All in all a 10/10 experience for us and we’d happily recommend the hotel.

Our stay at Lasala Hotel was fantastic. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely friendly, they made everything feel completely effortless from start to finish. The hotel’s location is outstanding and truly enhances the entire experience. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Everything was top notch
Pros:

This is a superb hotel, centrally located for the old town and a couple of minutes from the beach and boat trips.
Every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and professional, particularly the lovely guy at the rooftop pool.
We spent a couple of hours by the pool on arrival day, lovely view and great pool service, pool was too chilly for me.
We had snacks one day in the ground floor bar which were delicious and again fantastic service.
We had arranged transfers to and from the airport which were very efficient, spacious Mercedes and very good drivers.
Our room was spacious, nice sea view, good shower and huge comfy bed. I’d forgotten to bring a shower cap so you can scan the bar code in your room to request items - it was acknowledged within minutes and appeared in our room when we returned later on.
I can’t think of a single negative thing.. a great stay in this lovely town.

Exceptional First Visit to Donostia
Pros:

We had an exceptional stay at the Lasala Plaza on our first trip to San Sabastian. The location -- situated directly between old town and the beach -- is amazing and could not be more convenient for pintxos crawls, pastry shop visits and walks across the promenade. Everything is literally located out the hotel's front door. Same for the climb to Mt Urgull which is just steps from the hotel. It's also close to shopping and two exceptional cocktail bars that are right around the corners (Arraun and Sybaris). We stayed in a Premium Historical room which was perfect for a party of three. That class of room is the second largest on the property and has a sofa bed, making it suitable for four guests. And although it didn't have a sea view, it was perfect for our stay, with exceptionally high ceilings and large balcony doors that opened onto the plaza. A short elevator ride to the rooftop satisfied our need for a lingering La Concha overlook and cocktail (don't miss a visit to this part of the property). Staff was omnipresent and friendly, helping us arrange transportation, making afternoon espressos, and welcoming us back from our days and nights out on the town. Thanks for a great stay!
