The location of the hotel was superb it was so easy to reach the restaurants and the beach all accessible by foot.
The hotel was a beautiful tranquil place, when we entered we were immediately met by wonderful friendly staff. Our room overlooked the marina it was truly blissful.
We will definitely return soon.

Nothing, valet parking is fairly expensive at €42 per day but that was expected given the location
Staff was crisp, eager to help, and unobtrusive. The location is tough to beat - a few steps from Old Town and the marina. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival and the check-in process was super smooth (as was checkout).
We didn't get to enjoy the amenities as much as I'd like. Bar time was limited. I'd be interested in checking out other (less expensive) hotels for my next visit to Donostia.

Roof top bar was great, but only open on 1 night of our stay.
