Luxury Hotel in San Sebastian
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great position. Very convenient for old town. Pool not open until June. Tricky access by car, make sure you watch their video. Roof terrace great place for evening drink. Staff were very helpful

Kahvaltı kişi başı 35 Euro, çok pahalı. Ayrıca bu ücretin kahvaltı önceden istenirse 30 Euro olması da müşteriye saygısızlık. Otelin ücreti ödemiş olmama rağmen kredi kartımın numarasını alması da biz misafirlerini adam yerine koymadığını gösteriyor. Onların bu bilgileri alması uygun değil kanaatimce. Kahvaltı fiyatında indirim yapmaları, önce veya sonradan kahvaltı talebinin fiyatının farklı olmaması gerekir. Kredi kartının numarasını almaları da çok saygısızca bir davranış.

Close to the sea and to the old town

Cons:

Photos of the room on the site are deceiving: it appears you have access to a balcony, which is not the case. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic about the matter. Considering the costs, you would expect a forthcoming attitude. View of the sea was only possible if you were very close to the window

Lasala Plaza
Pros:

We enjoyed a fantastic stay recently, the hotel room was superb despite not having a sea view. Really well appointed with a very comfortable bed. We made use of the roof top bar / terrace, which gave stunning views across the beach. The pool was the only slight disappointment as you can't swim in it as it's more of dipping pool to cool off. Happily stay here again though. Great place.

roof top closed at 20:00, that is early in spain …
service and prices positioned premium but employees behaviour is not customer centric. No is the continuous easy answer.

Stunning Hotel
Pros:

An exceptional luxury hotel in a perfect Old Town location, right by the sea. The staff are warm and attentive, the whole place smells incredible, and the rooms are beautifully designed with great amenities. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.

Great hotel, once you arrive.
Pros:

Room was very nice. Big, modern and clean. The hotel rooftop is spectacular. I would say the hotel is a 4-star superior, almost 5.

Cons:

Not easy to arrive by car. The helping video (sent after booking) is good but can be improved indicating alerts of street signals. The street is not a standard one, Google Maps does not show it as an alternative to arrive by car.
