Enchantment

I visited the resort for a girls' trip, but it seemed equally suitable for couples and families. The service is excellent--everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food throughout the resort is flavorful and varied. Service to the rooms included thoughtful extras!

Our family trip to Enchantment Resort was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about our stay—from the stunning location and breathtaking views to the excellent amenities and exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations, and we created wonderful family memories that we will cherish for years to come. We highly recommend Enchantment Resort and look forward to returning in the future.

Such an amazing experience for my sister's birthday. The scenery was incredible and so was the resort and staff. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

EXTRAORDINARY. The ambiance, experience, service, and beautiful scenery at Enchantment cannot be beat. Truly! A wonderful experience all around. Camp Coyote for our daughters was a trip highlight (and facilitated a much-needed hour of adult time for my mom and I to get massages at the wonderful spa! - Thank you, Colleen!!).

Staying at the Enchantment Resort is the epitome of what Sedona is all about. The canyons provide such a feeling of solitude. The restaurant’s ingredients reflect southwestern, but it does not overwhelm the taste buds. Sweet Corn Cheesecake is the best dessert I’ve ever had! Enchantment Resort is a retreat from all the noise around us.

This is an absolute amazing place to stay. Not a budget stay, but the views alone make the price tag worth it- But that is just the beginning. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and extremely well appointed. Washer/dryer with plenty of detergent and dryer sheets at the ready. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal or have a bbq on the patio using the outdoor grill. My children 7 &10, attended camp coyote one day and had an absolutely wonderful experience. At first they did not want to go. Having been to kids for all seasons they were not eager to do a "day camp." When I told Corrine the counselor this, she gently encouraged me to tell them she promised they would have fun - hiking, digging for fossils, breaking geodes, making slime. They reluctantly agreed to go. Boy was she right! They didn't want to leave when I came to pick them up! They did all those activities and so much more. It's been a few weeks since we were there and my daughter is still talking about how much she liked Corrine and what a good time she had. While the kids were there I had a massage at the spa. This is one if not the most beautiful and well appointed spas I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. My massage with Chris Brown was absoluting amazing and really helped with the back pain I was experiencing. My daughter and I also took a candle making class at the artists cottage with Corrine. We had so much fun making them and they came out beautiful! I truly did not want to leave Enchantment and we are already planning a return trip. 10/10 recommend!

This was a perfect vacation for our family! The culinary options were varied, the activities had something for everyone, and the service was fantastic! Colleen led Camp Cayote and our daughter couldn’t wait to go back and later she guided our glazing activity. What a wonderful teacher and joy to be around! The pool was amazing and we couldn’t say enough about our experience!

a unique place at a unique location. super friendly staf, great food (hard to find in the USA), breakfast, lunch and diner are al sublime. such a beautiful place, you have to visit to see for yourself!

We had an all day Grand Canyon tour and our guide, Nick was phenomenal. His knowledge and expertise of not only the Grand Canyon but of the local legends, flora and fauna and indigenous peoples was unprecedented. We would definitely go back and have him be our guide to anything he provides.

Beautiful resort, location is exceptional, staff were beyond accommodating. Meals were incredible. I recommend you bring your own TP, as this was the only disappointment

It was exactly as expected. Amazing! I recommend it to everyone! Everyone is nice and professional! It is the perfect stay!

A room with a significant fire hazard (defective microwave that was unplugged, not replaced) and no hot water. Nice view. Outdoor staff were amazing and worth another trip to this death trap.

We stayed at Enchantment for a few nights and came away with mixed but mostly positive impressions. The setting is stunning - tucked into Boynton Canyon with some of the best red-rock views in Sedona - and the staff were genuinely excellent throughout. When we raised concerns about our room, management waived our daily resort fee without hesitation - a gracious gesture that says a lot about how they treat guests. A few things still kept it from being a perfect stay:

- The room was spacious but felt run down. The carpet looked old and wasn't as clean as I'd expected. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so this may already be improving - worth asking for a refreshed room when you book.

- The food felt significantly overpriced. We're used to high prices living in the Bay Area, but the quality didn't quite match the cost. We did enjoy the Go-To Market and both breakfast and dinner at Che Ah Chi - just go in expecting to pay 20-30% more than the food warrants.

- The wi-fi was the biggest letdown. We lost connection every few minutes, which made it impossible to get through a 30-minute call. If you're planning to work remotely from your room, be aware this could be a real problem.

Beautiful place, excellent people - a bit of polish on the rooms, pricing, and connectivity would make it exceptional.

PS: Make sure you join the stargazing sessions and ask to get a night sky photo taken with your phone. The results are simply stunning!

This resort is a beautiful getaway location. The staff were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The room was amazing and had everything that was needed for my group to feel at home while on vacation. The views were stunning and majestically.

Lots of room for improvements. First the rooms are very dated and can use gut renovations! We reserved 2 rooms with 3 bedrooms. One of the rooms had a beautiful view and the other had zero view. It would have been nice for both to have a view and be near each other. Staff was very pleasant.
Main pool did not have enough chairs and we constantly had to hover over people to hope they were getting up and way too many young kids being loud!!
Trail house was the absolute best part of the resort! All the guides were amazing and couldn’t have been better!
Spa was nice and treatments were good
I will be back if renovations are done🙏🏻

I wish it would never end. We had such a relaxing and fun time at this resort that we tried our hardest to stay just a little longer. The spa was amazing, the couples' massage was the best, the archery course was super fun!

This was our second time at Enchantment, but our first time to visit the Trail House. We booked a primitive archery and atlatl experience. My daughter had some archery experience, but my wife had none. Our guide was Cole. He was funny, talkative, and really loved his job. He was also very experienced and skilled, had a great teaching manner, and was very patient and encouraging. We all had a great time at archery, but the atlatl was new for us. Cole offered instruction and demonstration, but we had as much time as we wanted for throws. He really talked the girls up. At the end he was backing us up another 15 feet to see if we could break the “atlatl record!” I have a video of my wife hitting a bullseye with the atlatl, and it’s one of my favorites. I know it’s one of her favorites too, because I have caught her rewatching the video several times with satisfaction!
We can’t say enough good things about Cole and the rest of the crew at the Trail House. Cole was fantastic and was an important part of our experience. It’s one of my favorite memories. And Enchantment is my favorite place on Earth!

I recently wrote a review explaining that while our visit at enchantment resort was a wonderful one. We had trouble with customer service and locating an item of clothing that I had left behind. I am amending that review because they have worked hard to make up for the lost item. Communication is always a challenge in these circumstances. I must say they have made every effort to compensate me for the lost clothing item. I am grateful for that.

Every interest but dancing in the evenings is offered!!!
