Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. Every detail was thoughtfully handled by the hotel team, whose attentiveness made us feel genuinely at home throughout our stay.

The breakfast was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, refined, abundant, and a perfect way to start each day. A particularly appreciated touch: even on days when we chose not to request room cleaning, fresh towels were automatically provided, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to comfort and service.

We enjoyed every moment and would return without hesitation on our next trip.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay at Four Points Gangnam for my first trip to Seoul. I picked it primarily because it offered the convenience of being close to the metro line I needed to get to my conference. I also like staying at Bonvoy hotels when I can, so I was able to enjoy benefits like late check out. It was an excellent value for my week long stay. As a first timer in Seoul, I also really liked staying in Gangnam. It felt very comfortable, while still offering easy access to some of the more popular tourist spots. There are plenty of options for great food, coffee and shopping mere steps away. While my room was on the smaller side for what I usually get, it was definitely spacious enough for one. It was also modern, clean, and comfortably equipped. The 24/7 fitness was also decent and nice to have as an option. Staff were all friendly, too. I occasionally had trouble getting the right temperature but that’s probably more on me. I would recommend the hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate staying there again. Seoul is an incredible city and I’d love to go back one day!

I stayed for eight days in early April 2026 and it was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful, my room was perfect - clean, well appointed, comfortable and warm or cool (as needed) and the location was ideal. I didn't eat in the restaurant or use the gym, but visited the bar for snacks and drinks several times, and used the laundry, both of which were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again when I return to Korea. Highly recommend.

First time i went to seoul for a medical surgery. I choose this hotel due to its distance to my clinic. I had a wonderful stay. First, the hotel allowed me to check-in early (this helped me prepare my surgery as I was traveling alone). Second, the room is very clean - small but good enough for one person. The staff are very nice and helpful. when I was going to look for a pharmacy near by, the front desk staff, went as far as calling a taxi for me and telling me where to go and what to do. The hotel has a breakfast buffet, although i didnot purchase a daily breakfast, I tried one day of breakfast buffet and I found the food very good. The Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and coffee bars. The only concern I have with the hotel, is when i was going to check out, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoking in the whole floor (which I am in a non-smoking floor) - this is not the hotel's fault but to inconsiderate customers who dont follow rules. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
