Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’écoute et la réactivité du personnel. À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et l’équipe a immédiatement pris notre demande en considération, nous avons pu changer de chambre dès le soir même. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, attentionné et professionnel. Très bel emplacement, hôtel agréable et petit-déjeuner excellent et varié.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice pool and facilities. Free shuttle to town.

Cons:

Distance from centre of ubud means a 30min walk or take a grab. Grab not too bad IDR 60000 average.

Perfect Family Staycation.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome, Rooms are nice, I would recommend to stay close to the breakfast area, Few pointers
1. Take the room on 5th floor as the reception floor is 5 and easier for access
2. If you want pool access then the floor to choose would be 1 or 2
3. Take the room closer to the reception, else it is a long walk in from the breakfast area
4. Nova the front desk receptionist is very sweet and helpful, she will accommodate all the requests who works afternoon shift from 2:00 pm.
5. It is approximately 1.5 Kms from Ubud centre, grocery is 150 m walk
6. If you need laundry service please do use Ubud Laundry they have different rate and charges vary, we used 12 hours pick up and delivery costed us 24,900 IDR/ Kg
The hotel overall is very quiet and perfect to stay with families. We also attended morning Yoga session, there are other activities scheduled in the hotel as well. Check with reception for daily activities.

Tropisch genieal!
Pros:

Von Außen ist die Größe des Hotels kaum zu erkennen aber erst nach der offenen und großen Lobby, ist erst die Größe des Hotels zu erkennen. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass es so einen tropischen Flaire hat, der Pool, der Gartenbereich sowie der Koi Karpfen Brunnen. Der gesamte Außenbereich hatte diesen tropischen Flaire.
Das Frühstück wie üblich im asiatischen Raum, sehr viel und alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Die Bezeichnung Element by Marriott auf booking, sollte man auf Element Westin by Marriott ändern!!
Da es vor Ort als Element Westin bezeichnet wird!
Wir sind erst spät in der Nacht angekommen und haben auch mit unseren Fahrer noch etwas suchen müssen um uns
davon zu überzeugen, dass es auch das richtige Hotel ist, da die Zufahrt eher unscheinbar ist!
