Excellent customer service and very good hotel facilities
All i can say is it was more than we expected, very very clean room and comfortable beds, the staff is very friendly and their hospitality is excellent, the food is very delicious, the pool was clean and beautiful atmosphere all over the place.
We requested special treatment for honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a pool view and made us special room decorations for the occasion.
I really recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a decent hotel to stay at while exploring ubud (we didn't stay at the hotel for the whole day) especially because its very close to the city centre and its well known to everyone especially taxi's and grab/gojec, they also provide shuttle buses from the hotel to the city center and back which was a plus.

Vi havde egentlig bestilt værelser med pooladgang men de var meget mørke og lugtede så slemt af fugt at vi ikke kunne være der, men vi fik gratis opgraderet værelserne til nye og meget bedre værelser. De var også søde til at hjælpe med at arrangere ture til en god pris.

The bed is huge and cosy, the balcony is nice with a lovely view of Ubud nature and the pool. The bathroom / shower was clean, hot, everything you need. Room service was great - speedy responses and lovely staff.
The hotel has activities everyday you can join for free.
I had a gorgeous facial (not free ahha) at the spa which made me super relaxed and sleepy so I just went up to my cosy huge bed and watched TV and had a nap. I was just so relaxed in this hotel.
I wasn't overly keen on the breakfast food but that is probably just personal preference.

We particularly liked that they set out every morning different play areas next to the pool including table tennis, basketball, archery, bowling etc.
Pool is very nice too and food menu varied and good value for money.
The room was a bit small and we don’t particularly like when you can see the bathroom and toilets from the bedroom (so we kept the blinds closed all the time)
Our stay was exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely be back!
