Pros:

Convenient location next to my meeting venue, food outlets etc

Cons:

The hot water system seems to be not working. My health is not good with gold water, therefore it was a little depressing with the absence of the warm shower. Hope, the hotel management can have this sorted out.

Tricked with hidden charge

Cons:

The Hotel Charged me upon registering a non-refundable sanitation fee worth 400 pesos that is not stated on the email and booking, i wasn't informed that there will be a charge and they did not provide a receipt for that. It felt like i was tricked.
The room was with a flying cockroach 😫
The bidet was broken.
Disposable slippers should be provided since it was a Hotel but there's non. It was my first time encountering a so called hotel that let the guest barefoot with that cold floors.
Noice from vehicles outside can be heard, i did not sleep well all night , i only got 4 hrs of sleep.
I will not be coming back. It was a big mistake booking. That 400 pesos charge should be indicated on your details upon booking on your page and website , that was cheating on your part . Tricking your guests from other hidden charges that they will only know upon arrival and can't do anything about it since the booking was already done and can't backout. That is not fair for us customers.

Saw a cockroach running on the floor. The bathroom doorknob fell off. But the ladies were fast in reassigning us another room far from the noisy street.
