Everything was so great! Waitresses and the whole team was really kind and lovely! If possible, i'll go there again! This is not just a Hotel, it is a small Cafe shop where you can eat also, we got very delicious breakfast every morning. The budget room has a small fridge also, so you can buy foods stc. if you want, there are many markets around there. Perfect Location, next to the Sultanahmet Camii (blue mosque)

We had wonderful time at the Optimist. The entire staff was wonderful, Muhammed (Mumy the owner who is also "The Optimist"), Asia, the brother of Mumy and the other two girls were so nice and accommodating - friendly, chatty and helpful. They fed us beautiful breakfast with coffee and apple tea. My friend and I were in a bliss from the atmosphere of the hotel, location and the city. We liked the most the authenticity of the hotel, we wanted a local "mom and pap" type of establishment and this is what "the Optimist" was. The sheets and towels were clean, the mattresses were very comfy and we had an AC and good bathroom. The hotel is facing the Blue Mosque, first line on the square, and has a cute Turkish bar on the first floor that serves drinks and food.

Отель находится на очень хорошей локации. Из окна великолепный вид на миллион. На Голубую мечеть и Босфор. Молитвы совсем не мешали. Крики чаек и ворон почти тоже не мешали. Транспорт там не ездит. Редкое для Стамбула расположение отеля. Этим отель и привлекателен. Но есть нюансы. Уборки нет. Попросишь убрать мусор - убирут. Завтраки очень скудные. Нам есть с чем сравнить. После отдыха, были уже в другом отеле. И там завтраки были прекрасные. Очень понравилась русскоговорящая девушка Саша. Она пыталась сгладить все недостатки. Огромное ей спасибо. Знает три языка. Большая молодец. Если кому хочется чудесного вида из окна на мечеть и вы не будете обращать внимания на обслуживание - вам точно сюда. Мы ничуть не жалеем, что пожили в этом отеле. За такой вид и локацию можно и завтраком пожертвовать.

L’accoglienza di questo posto è semplicemente incredibile. Fin dal primo momento, sia i proprietari che tutto il personale ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, con una gentilezza e un’umanità che oggi è davvero difficile trovare.

La struttura forse non sarà lussuosa o a cinque stelle, ma posso dire con assoluta sincerità che, nonostante viaggi spesso, non ho mai trovato una vista più bella di quella che ammiravo ogni giorno dalla mia camera. È un panorama che porterò nel cuore per tutta la vita.

Ciò che rende questo luogo davvero speciale non sono solo i paesaggi, ma soprattutto le persone che ci lavorano. Con il loro calore, la loro disponibilità e la loro attenzione verso gli ospiti, offrono un servizio che va ben oltre le stelle: un servizio autenticamente umano.

Porterò con me ricordi meravigliosi e l’incontro con persone straordinarie. Grazie di cuore per questa esperienza indimenticabile. Spero davvero di tornare presto. 🫂

Camera al 4 piano con super vista sulla moschea. Sembra un quadro. Posizione eccellente. Colazione turca preparata al momento e servita, super. Personale sempre attento e disponibile, molto cordiali. Qualità/prezzo ottimo! Ci hanno offerto birre e spremuta d'arancia. Atmosfera adorabile.
