TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !
Pros:

NON to like ,,, UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE! They sold my room for cash to someone else and when we arrived , we had nowhere to stay ! 🤬

Cons:

No communication with customer whatsoever! We asked some questions on “ message the property “ option, but never received the answer . We calked them directly one night before asking for possible early check in ,,, but what they are interested about was only to sell you Airport-Hotel transfer , which was more expensive than if you booked elsewhere! When we arrived about 10am , we have been told that our room HAS BEEN SOLD GOR CASH to some other “customers “ since they could not contact us earlier in the morning, blaming on payment issue and system outage!!! We are sorry , but airplanes DONT HAVE PHONE LINE and being unreachable while your flights and transportation is not unusual! Overall : unprofessional, irresponsible and zero customer service skills !
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !

Pros:

Praticamente in centro. Piatto per la colazione turca discreto. Hotel a conduzione familiare, buona relazione qualità-prezzo

Cons:

Hotel un pó datato, ha molto potenziale, andrebbe risistemato un pó.
NB assenza di ascensore.

Pros:

All’optimist mi sono sentita semplicemente a casa. Siamo arrivati senza troppe pretese dato l’ottimo prezzo e subito siamo stati accolti nel bar sottostante con un tè e un dolcetto di benvenuto. È vero la struttura è senza scale ma le stanze sono accoglienti e hanno un panorama mozzafiato sulla piazza. La vista dalla finestra dell’ultimo piano per chi ha la fortuna di alloggiare nella stanza 4 è un quadro. La stanza potrebbe avere qualche accortezza in più ma sicuramente è una struttura diversa da un classico hotel. La colazione eccellente servita la mattina al bar da un personale davvero gentilissimo, sempre acqua gratis, di una cortesia disarmante. Pensate che al check out pioveva e ci hanno addirittura regalato un ombrello. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul non avrei dubbi: sceglierei loro.

Pros:

Locația este superbă, la cativa pași de toate obiectivele turistice din centrul istoric.
Micul dejun a fost bun.
Camera a fost bine încălzită, a fost destul de rece in perioada în care am mers acolo.
Patul a fost ok și confortabil.

Cons:

Camera in care am stat are nevoie de renovare - se vad urmele unei inundații pe tavan și zugrăveala se desprinde.
Nu s-a făcut curat în perioada în care am stat acolo (3 nopți de cazare) și nu au fost disponibile articole de igiena(săpun, gel de duș) deși în anunț erau menționate.

Pros:

Location perfetta per visitare la città. Vista dalla camera spettacolare.
Le scale sono piuttosto ripide e scomode, non adatte a tutti e la camera necessiterebbe di un po' di manutenzione ma sono "difetti" che si ripagano ampiamente con il panorama.
Il personale è gentile e ci hanno custodito i bagagli gratuitamente una volta lasciata la stanza.
Ci ritornerò.

La struttura merita una notte solo per la vista meravigliosa sulla piazza dell' ippodromo con vista spettacolare della moschea blu.

Cons:

Il piccolo hotel offre servizi molto ma molto basici. Necessita di un urgente restauro perché avrebbe tantissime potenzialità.. purtroppo la gestione è approssimativa e i disservizi continui. La direzione preferisce cash ma il cambio lo decide lei..

Was the best view ever. The was cheap for 4 nights. You can be at bed and see the Mosque. The breakfast was very good (to much food)

Cons:

Room n 3. The ketler to do tea/coffee was never working. Also the tv was not working. Is a petty (because I asked if can be swapped) and was not in 4 days. But they always give me free coffee downstairs.

Расположение отличное, прям рядом с площадью Султанахмет. Вход через кафе, кухня домашняя, номеров мало, поэтому людей нет, толпы нет. Обслуживали очень быстро, завтраки как в ресторане. Администратор девочка Саша хорошо говорит по-русски! Вообще всё было прекрасно! Нам очень понравилось! Вид из окна потрясающий!
