Me senti “mimada” o tempo todo.

O Hotel é maravilhoso em todos os quesitos. Atendimento agradabilíssimo, café da manhã divino, limpeza perfeita, alimentação fantástica, acomodações excelentes. É uma experiência completamente perfeita da hora que vc entra no Hotel até a hora que vc sai. Vc é cuidada o tempo inteiro, tudo feito com muito carinho.

Não tenho absolutamente nada do que reclamar, foi tudo perfeito!

Gramado/RS é ótima cidade, mas no Colline de France adquire um patamar nirvânico.
Pros:

O Hotel Colline de France é excepcional: suas instalações magnificas, pessoal excelente (profissionais) - com destaque para o pessoal do front desk e do restaurante. Voltarei e terei prazer indicar esse hotel a amigos, colegas e meus funcionários. Piscina e sauna maravilhosas (pequenas, mas ótimas para relaxar e conversar com amigos como uma boa taça de espumante). Entende-se agora porque foi escolhido o melhor hotel do mundo.

Cons:

Houve um pequeno problema com o setor de massagem, que acredito não pertencer ao hotel (mas isso foi superado). Já viajei por muitos países (da Ásia à Europa, África e América do Norte) e me hospedei em muitos hotéis, porém com apernas um pequeno problema? Nunca. O hotel Colline de France esta num patamar que não vi similar no mundo.
